我出声哀告耶和华，出声恳求耶和华。我在他面前倾诉我的苦情，在他面前陈说我的患难。我的灵在我里面发昏的时候，你知道我的道路。在我所行的路上，人为我暗设罗网。求你留意向我右边观看，无人认识我；我无避难之处，也无人眷顾我。耶和华啊，我曾向你哀求。我说：“你是我的避难所，在活人之地，你是我的福分。”求你留心听我的呼求，因我落到极卑微之地；求你救我脱离迫害我的人，因为他们比我强盛。求你从被囚之地领我出来，我好颂扬你的名。义人必环绕我，因为你用厚恩待我。

我要时时称颂耶和华，赞美他的话常在我口中。

这世界配不上他们，他们在旷野、山岭、山洞、地穴，飘流无定。

那日大卫起来，躲避扫罗，逃到迦特王亚吉那里。亚吉的臣仆对他说：“这不是那地的国王大卫吗？那里的人跳舞唱和：‘扫罗杀死千千，大卫杀死万万’，不是指着他说的吗？”大卫把这些话放在心里，就很惧怕迦特王亚吉。于是他在众人眼前一反常态，在他们中间装疯作癫，在城门的门扇上胡写乱画，任由唾沫流在胡子上。亚吉对臣仆说：“看哪，你们看这人疯了，为什么带他到我这里来呢？我岂缺少疯子，你们竟然带这人到我面前疯癫吗？这个人可以进我的家吗？”

玛利沙的居民哪，我必使抢夺者来到你这里；以色列的贵族必来到亚杜兰。

开始收割的时候，三个侍卫下到亚杜兰洞，到大卫那里。非利士的军兵在利乏音谷安营。那时大卫在山寨，非利士人的驻军在伯利恒。

看哪，耶和华从他的居所出来，降临步行地之高处。
