This day the Lord will deliver you into my hands, and I’ll strike you down and cut off your head. This very day I will give the carcasses of the Philistine army to the birds and the wild animals, and the whole world will know that there is a God in Israel.

I make a decree that in every dominion of my kingdom men must tremble and fear before the God of Daniel. Your carcasses shall be food for all the birds of the air and the beasts of the earth, and no one shall frighten them away.

And the Philistine said to David,“ Come to me, and I will give your flesh to the birds of the air and the beasts of the field!”

Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!

But indeed for this purpose I have raised you up, that I may show My power in you, and that My name may be declared in all the earth.

Now therefore, O Lord our God, save us from his hand, that all the kingdoms of the earth may know that You are the Lord, You alone.”

And it came to pass, at the time of the offering of the evening sacrifice, that Elijah the prophet came near and said,“ Lord God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, let it be known this day that You are God in Israel and I am Your servant, and that I have done all these things at Your word.Hear me, O Lord, hear me, that this people may know that You are the Lord God, and that You have turned their hearts back to You again.”

The king answered Daniel, and said,“ Truly your God is the God of gods, the Lord of kings, and a revealer of secrets, since you could reveal this secret.”

Therefore I make a decree that any people, nation, or language which speaks anything amiss against the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego shall be cut in pieces, and their houses shall be made an ash heap; because there is no other God who can deliver like this.”

But the Lord your God will deliver them over to you, and will inflict defeat upon them until they are destroyed.

For wherever the carcass is, there the eagles will be gathered together.

a people great and tall, the descendants of the Anakim, whom you know, and of whom you heard it said,‘ Who can stand before the descendants of Anak?’Therefore understand today that the Lord your God is He who goes over before you as a consuming fire. He will destroy them and bring them down before you; so you shall drive them out and destroy them quickly, as the Lord has said to you.

and when the Lord your God delivers them over to you, you shall conquer them and utterly destroy them. You shall make no covenant with them nor show mercy to them.

And have not shut me up into the hand of the enemy; You have set my feet in a wide place.

All you beasts of the field, come to devour, All you beasts in the forest.

“ The people will hear and be afraid; Sorrow will take hold of the inhabitants of Philistia.Then the chiefs of Edom will be dismayed; The mighty men of Moab, Trembling will take hold of them; All the inhabitants of Canaan will melt away.

And the Lord said to Joshua,“ Do not fear them, for I have delivered them into your hand; not a man of them shall stand before you.”
