掃羅聽到這個消息，就不再追捕他了。

巴珊王噩是最後一個利乏音人。他的床是鐵做的，存放在亞捫人的拉巴城，長四米，寬一點八米。

「以色列人啊，我在你們面前消滅了亞摩利人。雖然他們像香柏樹那樣高大，如橡樹那樣強壯，但我滅盡了他們的果子，砍斷了他們的根。

還曾殺死一個兩米多高的埃及巨人。當時埃及人拿著織布機軸般粗的長矛，比拿雅只拿著棍子迎戰，他奪了對方的長矛，用那矛刺死了對方。
