And if the righteous is scarcely saved, where shall the ungodly and sinner appear?

若義者僅得救、不虔不善者、將處於何地乎、

若義者僅得救而已、則不虔不善者、將何以處之、

若義者僅得救而已、則不虔敬與犯罪者、將處何境、

若義人之蒙救、猶若是其難也；則悖逆不道之人、其將何地以自容耶？

And,“ If it is hard for the righteous to be saved, what will become of the ungodly and the sinner?”

Scripture says,“ Suppose it is hard for godly people to be saved. Then what will happen to ungodly people and sinners?”( Proverbs 11:31)

And“ If the righteous is scarcely saved, what will become of the ungodly and the sinner?”

And also,“ If the righteous are barely saved, what will happen to godless sinners?”

And if a righteous person is saved with difficulty, what will become of the ungodly and the sinner?

And if it is with difficulty that the righteous is saved, what will become of the godless man and the sinner?

Now“ If the righteous one is scarcely saved, Where will the ungodly and the sinner appear?”

And if a righteous person is saved with difficulty, what will become of the ungodly and the sinner?

And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?

And if the righteous are barely saved, what will become of the ungodly and sinners?

“ If it is hard for the righteous to be saved, what will happen to the ungodly and the sinner?”

Behold, the righteous shall be recompensed in the earth; How much more the wicked and the sinner!

But when the righteous turneth away from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, and doeth according to all the abominations that the wicked man doeth, shall he live? None of his righteous deeds that he hath done shall be remembered: in his trespass that he hath trespassed, and in his sin that he hath sinned, in them shall he die.

and spared not the ancient world, but preserved Noah with seven others, a preacher of righteousness, when he brought a flood upon the world of the ungodly;and turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, having made them an example unto those that should live ungodly;

to execute judgment upon all, and to convict all the ungodly of all their works of ungodliness which they have ungodly wrought, and of all the hard things which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.

For if they do these things in the green tree, what shall be done in the dry?

And I will bring the third part into the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried. They shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people; and they shall say, Jehovah is my God.

Be sober, be watchful: your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:

For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hinder the truth in unrighteousness;

confirming the souls of the disciples, exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that through many tribulations we must enter into the kingdom of God.

But my righteous one shall live by faith: And if he shrink back, my soul hath no pleasure in him.But we are not of them that shrink back unto perdition; but of them that have faith unto the saving of the soul.

Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.

but the heavens that now are, and the earth, by the same word have been stored up for fire, being reserved against the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men.

For, lo, I begin to work evil at the city which is called by my name; and should ye be utterly unpunished? Ye shall not be unpunished; for I will call for a sword upon all the inhabitants of the earth, saith Jehovah of hosts.

The wicked are not so, But are like the chaff which the wind driveth away.Therefore the wicked shall not stand in the judgment, Nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.

But God commendeth his own love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Let us fear therefore, lest haply, a promise being left of entering into his rest, any one of you should seem to have come short of it.

And except those days had been shortened, no flesh would have been saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened.Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is the Christ, or, Here; believe it not.For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders; so as to lead astray, if possible, even the elect.

For while we were yet weak, in due season Christ died for the ungodly.

And the soldiers’ counsel was to kill the prisoners, lest any of them should swim out, and escape.But the centurion, desiring to save Paul, stayed them from their purpose; and commanded that they who could swim should cast themselves overboard, and get first to the land;and the rest, some on planks, and some on other things from the ship. And so it came to pass, that they all escaped safe to the land.

Now the men of Sodom were wicked and sinners against Jehovah exceedingly.

Paul said to the centurion and to the soldiers, Except these abide in the ship, ye cannot be saved.

saying, Fear not, Paul; thou must stand before Cæsar: and lo, God hath granted thee all them that sail with thee.

Now all the publicans and sinners were drawing near unto him to hear him.

and Jehovah sent thee on a journey, and said, Go, and utterly destroy the sinners the Amalekites, and fight against them until they be consumed.

And except the Lord had shortened the days, no flesh would have been saved; but for the elect’s sake, whom he chose, he shortened the days.And then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is the Christ; or, Lo, there; believe it not:for there shall arise false Christs and false prophets, and shall show signs and wonders, that they may lead astray, if possible, the elect.
