那時王要對在他右邊的人說：『來吧，蒙我父所祝福的人哪，來繼承創世以來已經為你們所預備好的國度吧！

「現在我把你們交託給神和他恩典的話語。這話語能造就你們，並且在所有被分別為聖的人中間賜給你們那繼業。

我也求神照亮你們心中的眼睛，使你們知道：屬他召喚的盼望到底是什麼；在聖徒中間，他繼業榮耀的豐盛到底是什麼；

聖靈是我們得繼業的預付憑據，直到屬神的子民得贖，歸於他榮耀的稱讚。

在基督裡，我們也得了繼業，是照著那一位的心意而預先定下的，他按著自己旨意的計劃來運作萬事，

太陽帶著熱氣升起，草地枯萎，草上的花也凋謝，它表面的美麗也就消逝了；照樣，富有的人在他的追求中，也將衰殘。

就在一刹那，眨眼之間，在那最後的號角聲中。的確，號角要吹響，死人要復活成為不朽壞的，我們也要被改變；因為這會朽壞的，必須穿上不朽壞的；這會死的，必須穿上不死的。一旦這會朽壞的穿上那不朽壞的，這會死的穿上那不死的，經上所記的話就會應驗了：「死亡被勝利吞滅了！」

既然是兒女，也就是繼承人；如果我們真是為了與他一同得榮耀而與他一同受苦，我們就是神的繼承人，而且與基督同做繼承人。

為此，基督做了新約的中保，藉著死贖清了人在第一個約之下的過犯，好使那些蒙召的人可以得到所應許的永恆繼業。

感謝父——他使你們能夠分享聖徒們在光明中的繼業；

為了開啟他們的眼睛，使他們從黑暗歸向光明，從撒旦的權勢下歸向神，使他們因著信我，罪得赦免，並且與那些被分別為聖的人同得繼業。』

因為你們已經死了，你們的生命與基督一同藏在神裡面。基督是你們的生命，當他顯現的時候，你們那時也就和他一同在榮耀裡顯現。

如果繼業是本於律法，就不再是本於應許了；但是神把繼業賜給亞伯拉罕是藉著應許。

在世人面前，你為敬畏你的人所留存的美善，為投靠你的人所行的美善，是何等豐富！

草必枯乾，花必凋零，因為耶和華的氣息吹在其上——這民真是草啊——草必枯乾，花必凋零，但我們神的話卻永遠堅立。

每一個參加比賽的人，都要在一切事上自制；不過他們這樣做是為了得到會朽壞的冠冕，而我們是為了得到不會朽壞的冠冕。

不要以惡報惡，以辱罵還辱罵，反要祝福，因為你們是為此蒙召的，好使你們繼承祝福。
