曰耶和華踐其前言、錫安於以色列族之民、當頌美焉。昔托厥僕摩西、許民福祉、迄今不廢其一言。

主踐前言、賜平安於以色列民、當頌美之、昔主託其僕摩西許以賜福、其言無一不驗、

“ Praise be to the Lord, who has given rest to his people Israel just as he promised. Not one word has failed of all the good promises he gave through his servant Moses.

“ I praise the Lord. He has given peace and rest to his people Israel. That’s exactly what he promised to do. He gave his people good promises through his servant Moses. Every single word of those promises has come true.

“ Blessed be the Lord who has given rest to his people Israel, according to all that he promised. Not one word has failed of all his good promise, which he spoke by Moses his servant.

“ Praise the Lord who has given rest to his people Israel, just as he promised. Not one word has failed of all the wonderful promises he gave through his servant Moses.

“ Blessed be the LORD! He has given rest to his people Israel according to all he has said. Not one of all the good promises he made through his servant Moses has failed.

“ Blessed be the Lord, who has given rest to His people Israel in accordance with everything that He promised; not one word has failed of all His good promise, which He promised through Moses His servant.

“我现在要走世人必走的路。你们是一心一意地知道，耶和华你们神所应许赐福与你们的话没有一句落空，都应验在你们身上了。耶和华你们神所应许的一切福气怎样临到你们身上，耶和华也必照样使各样祸患临到你们身上，直到把你们从耶和华你们神所赐的这美地上除灭。

耶和华照着向他们列祖起誓所应许的一切话，使他们四境平安；他们一切仇敌中，没有一人在他们面前站立得住。耶和华把一切仇敌都交在他们手中。耶和华应许赐福给以色列家的话一句也没有落空，都应验了。

撒母耳长大了，耶和华与他同在，使他所说的话一句都不落空。

天地要废去，我的话却不能废去。”

向我们列祖施怜悯，记念他的圣约，就是他对我们祖宗亚伯拉罕所起的誓，

但你们过了约旦河，得以住在耶和华你们神使你们承受为业之地，又使你们太平，不被四围的一切仇敌扰乱，安然居住。

等到你们弟兄在约旦河那边，也得耶和华你们神所赐给他们的地，又使他们得享平安，与你们一样，你们才可以回到我所赐给你们为业之地。’

他扶助了他的仆人以色列，为要记念亚伯拉罕和他的后裔，施怜悯直到永远，正如从前对我们列祖所说的话。”

但我们已经相信的人得以进入那安息，正如神所说：“我在怒中起誓说：‘他们断不可进入我的安息！’”其实造物之工，从创世以来已经成全了。论到第七日，有一处说：“到第七日，神就歇了他一切的工。”又有一处说：“他们断不可进入我的安息！”既有必进安息的人，那先前听见福音的，因为不信从，不得进去。所以过了多年，就在大卫的书上，又限定一日，如以上所引的说：“你们今日若听他的话，就不可硬着心。”若是约书亚已叫他们享了安息，后来神就不再提别的日子了。这样看来，必另有一安息日的安息为神的子民存留。

你们和儿女、仆婢，并住在你们城里无份无业的利未人，都要在耶和华你们的神面前欢乐。

由此可知，耶和华指着亚哈家所说的话一句没有落空，因为耶和华藉他仆人以利亚所说的话都成就了。”

又在犹大建造了几座坚固城。国中太平数年，没有战争，因为耶和华赐他平安。
