希蘭聽見了所羅門的話，就十分歡喜，說：“今天耶和華是應當稱頌的，因為他賜給了大衛一個有智慧的兒子治理這麼眾多的人民。”

希兰听见所罗门的话，就甚喜悦，说：“今日应当称颂耶和华；因他赐给大卫一个有智慧的儿子，治理这众多的民。”

希兰听见所罗门的话，就很高兴，说：“今日耶和华是应当称颂的，因为他赐给大卫一个有智慧的儿子，治理这众多的百姓。”

希蘭聞所羅門言、欣喜不勝、曰、今當頌美耶和華、賜大衛智慧之子、治此大國、

When Hiram heard Solomon’s message, he was greatly pleased and said,“ Praise be to the Lord today, for he has given David a wise son to rule over this great nation.”

When Hiram heard Solomon’s message, he was very pleased. He said,“ May the Lord be praised today. He has given David a wise son to rule over that great nation.”

As soon as Hiram heard the words of Solomon, he rejoiced greatly and said,“ Blessed be the Lord this day, who has given to David a wise son to be over this great people.”

When Hiram received Solomon’s message, he was very pleased and said,“ Praise the Lord today for giving David a wise son to be king of the great nation of Israel.”

When Hiram heard Solomon’s words, he rejoiced greatly and said,“ Blessed be the LORD today! He has given David a wise son to be over this great people!”

When Hiram heard the words of Solomon, he greatly rejoiced; and he said,“ Blessed be the Lord today, who has given to David a wise son over this great people.”

So it was, when Hiram heard the words of Solomon, that he rejoiced greatly and said, Blessed be the Lord this day, for He has given David a wise son over this great people!

And it came to pass, when Hiram heard the words of Solomon, that he rejoiced greatly, and said, Blessed be Jehovah this day, who hath given unto David a wise son over this great people.

When Hiram heard Solomon’s words, he greatly rejoiced and said,“ May the Lord be praised today! He has given David a wise son to be over this great people!”

And it came to pass, when Hiram heard the words of Solomon, that he rejoiced greatly, and said, Blessed[ be] the LORD this day, which hath given unto David a wise son over this great people.

When Hiram heard Solomon’s message, he was very happy. He said,“ The LORD is worthy of praise today because he has given David a wise son to rule over this great nation.”

When Hiram heard the words of Solomon, he rejoiced greatly, and said,“ Blessed is Yahweh today, who has given to David a wise son to rule over this great people.”

耶和華你的神是應當稱頌的！他喜悅你，使你坐在以色列的王位上；因為耶和華永遠喜愛以色列，所以立你作王，要你秉行公義。”

推羅王希蘭回信給所羅門說：“耶和華因為愛自己的子民，所以立你作他們的王。”希蘭又說：“創造天地的耶和華以色列的神，是應當稱頌的！因為他賜給大衛王一個有智慧的兒子，有聰明有見識，可以為耶和華建造殿宇，為自己建造王宮。

屬你的人是有福的，你的臣僕是有福的，因為他們可以常常侍立在你面前，聆聽你的智慧。耶和華你的神是應當稱頌的，因他喜悅你，使你坐在他的王位上，為耶和華你的神作王；因為你的神愛以色列人，要永遠堅立他們，所以立你作他們的王，好秉公行義。”

看哪！我和耶和華賜給我的孩子，在以色列中作預兆與奇蹟，都是從住在錫安山的萬軍之耶和華來的。

如果我不記念你，如果我不高舉耶路撒冷超過我最大的喜樂，情願我的舌頭緊貼上膛。

你們要為耶路撒冷求平安，說：“耶路撒冷啊！願愛你的人都亨通。願你的城牆內有平安，願你的宮殿中有安穩。”

智慧的兒子聽從父親的教訓，好譏笑人的不聽責備。

義人的父親必大有快樂；生下智慧的兒子的，必因兒子歡喜。

因為有一個嬰孩為我們而生，有一個兒子賜給我們；政權必擔在他的肩頭上；他的名必稱為“奇妙的策士、全能的神、永恆的父、和平的君”。

所羅門的箴言：智慧的兒子使父親歡樂，愚昧的兒子使母親憂愁。

以掃舉目觀看，看見婦人和孩子，就問：“這些與你同來的人是誰？”雅各回答：“是神賜給你僕人的孩子。”

智慧的兒子使父親快樂；愚昧人卻藐視自己的母親。

所以，求你賜給僕人一顆明辨的心，可以判斷你的子民，能辨別是非，因為誰能判斷你這眾多的子民呢？”

王又這樣說：‘耶和華以色列的神是應當稱頌的，因為他今天賜了一人坐在我的王位上，也使我親眼看見這事。’”
