When all Israel heard the verdict the king had given, they held the king in awe, because they saw that he had wisdom from God to administer justice.

All the Israelites heard about the decision the king had given. That gave them great respect for him. They saw that God had given him wisdom. They knew that Solomon would do what was right and fair when he judged people.

他改變時間、季節；他廢王、立王；他賜智慧給智慧人，賜知識給聰明人。

王對但以理說：“你們的神真是萬神之神，萬王之王，又是顯明隱祕事的，因為你能把這隱祕的事顯明出來。”

但對那些蒙召的人，不論是猶太人或希臘人，基督是神的能力，神的智慧。

至於你以斯拉，你要照著你手中神的智慧書，委任法官和官吏，治理在河西那邊所有明白你神的律法的人民，那些不曉得律法的人，你要教導他們。

智慧使智慧人比城中十個官長更有能力。

我兒，你要敬畏耶和華，也要尊敬君王；不要與叛逆的人結交。

在你國中有一個人，他裡面有聖神的靈；你先祖在世的日子，發現這人有灼見，有聰明，有智慧，好像神的智慧一樣。你先祖尼布甲尼撒王，就是王的先祖，曾立他為術士、用法術的，以及迦勒底人和占星家的領袖。

眾領袖和勇士，以及大衛王的眾子，都順服所羅門王。

你們因著神得以在基督耶穌裡，他使基督成了我們的智慧；就是公義、聖潔和救贖，

他要按著公義審判你的子民，憑著公正審判你的困苦人。

以色列人看見耶和華向埃及人所顯大能的手，就敬畏耶和華，又信服耶和華和他的僕人摩西。

於是撒母耳向耶和華呼求，耶和華就在那天打雷降雨，眾民就非常懼怕耶和華和撒母耳。

那一天耶和華使約書亞在以色列眾人眼中成為尊大；在他一生的日子，人民敬畏他，好像敬畏摩西一樣。

他必為民間的困苦人伸冤，拯救貧窮人，粉碎那欺壓人的。
