Then Micaiah answered,“ I saw all Israel scattered on the hills like sheep without a shepherd, and the Lord said,‘ These people have no master. Let each one go home in peace.’”

Then Micaiah answered,“ I saw all the Israelites scattered on the hills. They were like sheep that didn’t have a shepherd. The Lord said,‘ These people do not have a master. Let each of them go home in peace.’ ”

And he said,“ I saw all Israel scattered on the mountains, as sheep that have no shepherd. And the Lord said,‘ These have no master; let each return to his home in peace.’”

Then Micaiah told him,“ In a vision I saw all Israel scattered on the mountains, like sheep without a shepherd. And the Lord said,‘ Their master has been killed. Send them home in peace.’”

So Micaiah said: I saw all Israel scattered on the hills like sheep without a shepherd. And the LORD said,“ They have no master; let everyone return home in peace.”

So he said,“ I saw all Israel Scattered on the mountains, Like sheep that have no shepherd. And the Lord said,‘ These people have no master. Each of them is to return to his house in peace.’ ”

But someone drew his bow at random and hit the king of Israel between the sections of his armor. The king told his chariot driver,“ Wheel around and get me out of the fighting. I’ve been wounded.”All day long the battle raged, and the king was propped up in his chariot facing the Arameans. The blood from his wound ran onto the floor of the chariot, and that evening he died.As the sun was setting, a cry spread through the army:“ Every man to his town. Every man to his land!” (niv)

The idols speak deceitfully, diviners see visions that lie; they tell dreams that are false, they give comfort in vain. Therefore the people wander like sheep oppressed for lack of a shepherd. (niv)

He saw heaven opened and something like a large sheet being let down to earth by its four corners.It contained all kinds of four- footed animals, as well as reptiles and birds.Then a voice told him,“ Get up, Peter. Kill and eat.”“ Surely not, Lord!” Peter replied.“ I have never eaten anything impure or unclean.”The voice spoke to him a second time,“ Do not call anything impure that God has made clean.”This happened three times, and immediately the sheet was taken back to heaven.While Peter was wondering about the meaning of the vision, the men sent by Cornelius found out where Simon’s house was and stopped at the gate.
