有位上帝的仆人来见以色列王，说：“耶和华说，‘亚兰人以为我耶和华是山神，不是平原的神，所以我必将这大队人马交在你手里，这样你们就知道我是耶和华。’”

有一位神人前来对以色列王说：“耶和华这样说：‘因为亚兰人说耶和华是山神，不是平原的神，所以我要把这些强大的军兵交在你手里，你们就知道我是耶和华。’”

有一個神人走近前來見以色列王說：『永恆主這麼說：「亞蘭人既說：『永恆主是山神，不是山谷的神』，那麼我就要將這一大隊蜂擁軍兵都交在你手裏，你們便知道我乃是永恆主。」』

有上帝僕進見以色列王曰、耶和華云、亞蘭人謂耶和華乃山嶽之神、非平原之神、故我必以此羣眾付於爾手、爾則知我乃耶和華、

上帝之僕至、告以色列王曰、耶和華云、亞蘭人謂耶和華乃山嶽之上帝、非平原之上帝、故我必以此實繁有徒、付於爾手、使爾知我乃耶和華。

有神人進前、告以色列王曰、主如是云、亞蘭人言我乃山岳之神、非平原之神、故我必以此大軍旅付於爾手、使爾知我乃主、

The man of God came up and told the king of Israel,“ This is what the Lord says:‘ Because the Arameans think the Lord is a god of the hills and not a god of the valleys, I will deliver this vast army into your hands, and you will know that I am the Lord.’”

The man of God came up to the king of Israel again. He told him,“ The Lord says,‘ The men of Aram think the Lord is a god of the hills. They do not think he is a god of the valleys. So I, the Lord, will hand their huge army over to you. Then you will know that I am the Lord.’ ”

And a man of God came near and said to the king of Israel,“ Thus says the Lord,‘ Because the Syrians have said,“ The Lord is a god of the hills but he is not a god of the valleys,” therefore I will give all this great multitude into your hand, and you shall know that I am the Lord.’”

Then the man of God went to the king of Israel and said,“ This is what the Lord says: The Arameans have said,‘ The Lord is a god of the hills and not of the plains.’ So I will defeat this vast army for you. Then you will know that I am the Lord.”

Then the man of God approached and said to the king of Israel,“ This is what the LORD says:‘ Because the Arameans have said,“ The LORD is a god of the mountains and not a god of the valleys,” I will hand over all this whole huge army to you. Then you will know that I am the LORD.’”

Then a man of God approached and spoke to the king of Israel, and said,“ This is what the Lord says:‘ Since the Arameans have said,“ The Lord is a god of mountains, but He is not a god of valleys,” therefore I will hand over to you all this great multitude, and you shall know that I am the Lord.’ ”

Then a man of God came and spoke to the king of Israel, and said,“ Thus says the Lord:‘ Because the Syrians have said,“ The Lord is God of the hills, but He is not God of the valleys,” therefore I will deliver all this great multitude into your hand, and you shall know that I am the Lord.’”

And a man of God came near and spake unto the king of Israel, and said, Thus saith Jehovah, Because the Syrians have said, Jehovah is a god of the hills, but he is not a god of the valleys; therefore will I deliver all this great multitude into thy hand, and ye shall know that I am Jehovah.

Then the man of God approached and said to the king of Israel,“ This is what the Lord says:‘ Because the Arameans have said: Yahweh is a god of the mountains and not a god of the valleys, I will hand over all this great army to you. Then you will know that I am the Lord.’”

And there came a man of God, and spake unto the king of Israel, and said, Thus saith the LORD, Because the Syrians have said, The LORD[ is] God of the hills, but he[ is] not God of the valleys, therefore will I deliver all this great multitude into thine hand, and ye shall know that I[ am] the LORD.

The prophet visited the king of Israel and said,“ This is what the LORD says:‘ Because the Syrians said,“ The LORD is a god of the mountains and not a god of the valleys,” I will hand over to you this entire huge army. Then you will know that I am the LORD.’”

A man of God came near and spoke to the king of Israel, and said,“ Yahweh says,‘ Because the Syrians have said,“ Yahweh is a god of the hills, but he is not a god of the valleys;” therefore I will deliver all this great multitude into your hand, and you shall know that I am Yahweh.’”

我必伸手攻击他们，使他们的地荒废，从第伯拉他的旷野起，一切的住处都荒凉。他们就知道我是耶和华。”

主啊，求求你，以色列人既在仇敌面前转身逃跑，我还有什么可说的呢？迦南人和这地所有的居民听见了就必围困我们，把我们的名从地上除去。那时，你为你至大的名要怎样做呢？”

我伸手攻击埃及，把以色列人从他们中间领出来的时候，埃及人就知道我是耶和华。”

但我顾惜我的圣名，就是以色列家在所到的列国中亵渎的。“所以，你要对以色列家说，主耶和华如此说：以色列家啊，我做这事不是为你们，而是为了我的圣名，就是你们在所到的列国中亵渎的。我要使我至大的名显为圣；这名在列国中已遭亵渎，是你们在他们中间亵渎的。我在他们眼前，在你们身上显为圣的时候，他们就知道我是耶和华。这是主耶和华说的。

你们要知道，我这样做不是为你们。以色列家啊，你们当为自己的行为抱愧蒙羞。这是主耶和华说的。

那先知靠近以色列王，对他说：“去吧，你当自强，看清楚，也要知道你所要做的事，因为再过一年，亚兰王会上来攻击你。”亚兰王的臣仆对他说：“他们的神是山神，所以他们胜过我们。但在平原与他们打仗，我们一定胜过他们。

我却要留下他们当中几个人得免刀剑、饥荒、瘟疫，使他们在所到的列国述说自己所做一切可憎的事；他们就知道我是耶和华。”

在他有能力和智慧，走迷的和使人迷路的都属他。他把谋士剥衣掳去，使审判官变为愚妄。他解除君王的权势，用带子捆住他们的腰。他把祭司剥衣掳去，使有权能的人倾覆。

那一日，我必把我百姓所住的歌珊地分别出来，使那里没有成群的苍蝇，好叫你知道我—耶和华是在全地之中。

因你向我发烈怒，你的狂傲上达我耳中，我要用钩子钩住你的鼻子，将嚼环放在你口里，使你从原路转回去。’“我赐给你的预兆：你们今年要吃野生的，明年也要吃自长的；后年，你们就要耕种收割，栽葡萄园，吃其中的果子。犹大家所逃脱剩余的，仍要往下扎根，向上结果。必有剩余的民从耶路撒冷而出；有逃脱的人从锡安山而来。万军之耶和华的热心必成就这事。“所以耶和华论亚述王如此说：他必不得来到这城，也不在这里射箭，不得拿盾牌到城前，也不能建土堆攻城。他从哪条路来，必从那条路回去，必不得来到这城。这是耶和华说的。因我为自己的缘故，又为我仆人大卫的缘故，必保护拯救这城。”耶和华的使者出去，在亚述营中杀了十八万五千人。清早有人起来，看哪，都是死尸。亚述王西拿基立就拔营回去，住在尼尼微。

我要以你们为我的百姓，我也要作你们的神。我除去埃及人加给你们的劳役，你们就知道我是耶和华你们的神。

义人见仇敌遭报就欢喜，他要在恶人的血中洗脚。因此，人必说：“义人诚然有善报，在地上果然有施行审判的神！”

耶和华啊，虽然我们的罪孽控告我们，求你为你名的缘故行动吧！我们本是多次背道，得罪了你。

惟恐仇敌挑衅，他们的敌人误解，说，我们的手得胜了，这一切并非耶和华做的。’

为何让列国说“他们的神在哪里”呢？求你让列国知道，你在我们眼前伸你仆人流血的冤。

你们没有吃饼，也没有喝清酒烈酒，好让你们知道‘我—耶和华是你们的神’。

我这么做是为了我名的缘故，免得我的名在他们所居住之列国眼中被亵渎；我曾在这些列国眼前向他们显现，领他们出了埃及地。

那时，耶和华的灵在会众中临到利未人亚萨的后裔雅哈悉，他是玛探雅的玄孙，耶利的曾孙，比拿雅的孙子，撒迦利雅的儿子。他说：“犹大众人、耶路撒冷的居民和约沙法王啊，你们要留心听，耶和华对你们如此说：‘不要因这大军恐惧惊惶，因为胜败不在乎你们，而是在乎神。明日你们要下去迎敌；看哪，他们从洗斯坡上来，你们必在耶鲁伊勒旷野前的谷口遇见他们。犹大和耶路撒冷人哪，这次你们不要争战，要摆阵站着，看耶和华为你们施行拯救。不要恐惧，也不要惊惶。明日当出去迎敌，因为耶和华与你们同在。’”约沙法屈身，脸伏于地，犹大众人和耶路撒冷的居民也俯伏在耶和华面前，敬拜耶和华。哥辖子孙和可拉子孙的利未人都起来，用极大的声音赞美耶和华—以色列的神。清晨，众人早起往提哥亚的旷野去。出去的时候，约沙法站着说：“犹大人和耶路撒冷的居民哪，要听我说：信靠耶和华—你们的神就必站立得稳；信赖他的先知就必亨通。”

“我要在我的子民以色列中彰显我的圣名，不容我的圣名再被亵渎，列国就知道我—耶和华是以色列中的圣者。

我这么做是为了我名的缘故，免得我的名在列国眼中被亵渎，因为在这些列国眼前我领了他们出来。
