有一個神人走近前來見以色列王說：『永恆主這麼說：「亞蘭人既說：『永恆主是山神，不是山谷的神』，那麼我就要將這一大隊蜂擁軍兵都交在你手裏，你們便知道我乃是永恆主。」』

有神人来见以色列王，说：“耶和华如此说：‘亚兰人既说我耶和华是山神，不是平原的神，所以我必将这一大群人都交在你手中，你们就知道我是耶和华。’”

有神人靠近，对以色列王说：“耶和华如此说：‘亚兰人既说我—耶和华是山神，不是平原之神，我必将这一大群人全都交在你手中，你们就知道我是耶和华。’”

有神人靠近，对以色列王说：“耶和华如此说：‘亚兰人既说我—耶和华是山神，不是平原之神，我必将这一大群人全都交在你手中，你们就知道我是耶和华。’”

有位上帝的仆人来见以色列王，说：“耶和华说，‘亚兰人以为我耶和华是山神，不是平原的神，所以我必将这大队人马交在你手里，这样你们就知道我是耶和华。’”

有一位神人前来对以色列王说：“耶和华这样说：‘因为亚兰人说耶和华是山神，不是平原的神，所以我要把这些强大的军兵交在你手里，你们就知道我是耶和华。’”

有神人來見以色列王，說：「耶和華如此說：『亞蘭人既說我－耶和華是山神，不是平原的神，所以我必將這一大羣人都交在你手中，你們就知道我是耶和華。』」

有神人靠近，對以色列王說：「耶和華如此說：『亞蘭人既說我－耶和華是山神，不是平原之神，我必將這一大羣人全都交在你手中，你們就知道我是耶和華。』」

有一位神人前來對以色列王說：“耶和華這樣說：‘因為亞蘭人說耶和華是山神，不是平原的神，所以我要把這些強大的軍兵交在你手裡，你們就知道我是耶和華。’”

有上帝僕進見以色列王曰、耶和華云、亞蘭人謂耶和華乃山嶽之神、非平原之神、故我必以此羣眾付於爾手、爾則知我乃耶和華、

上帝之僕至、告以色列王曰、耶和華云、亞蘭人謂耶和華乃山嶽之上帝、非平原之上帝、故我必以此實繁有徒、付於爾手、使爾知我乃耶和華。

有神人進前、告以色列王曰、主如是云、亞蘭人言我乃山岳之神、非平原之神、故我必以此大軍旅付於爾手、使爾知我乃主、

The man of God came up and told the king of Israel,“ This is what the Lord says:‘ Because the Arameans think the Lord is a god of the hills and not a god of the valleys, I will deliver this vast army into your hands, and you will know that I am the Lord.’”

The man of God came up to the king of Israel again. He told him,“ The Lord says,‘ The men of Aram think the Lord is a god of the hills. They do not think he is a god of the valleys. So I, the Lord, will hand their huge army over to you. Then you will know that I am the Lord.’ ”

And a man of God came near and said to the king of Israel,“ Thus says the Lord,‘ Because the Syrians have said,“ The Lord is a god of the hills but he is not a god of the valleys,” therefore I will give all this great multitude into your hand, and you shall know that I am the Lord.’”

Then the man of God went to the king of Israel and said,“ This is what the Lord says: The Arameans have said,‘ The Lord is a god of the hills and not of the plains.’ So I will defeat this vast army for you. Then you will know that I am the Lord.”

Then the man of God approached and said to the king of Israel,“ This is what the LORD says:‘ Because the Arameans have said,“ The LORD is a god of the mountains and not a god of the valleys,” I will hand over all this whole huge army to you. Then you will know that I am the LORD.’”

Then a man of God approached and spoke to the king of Israel, and said,“ This is what the Lord says:‘ Since the Arameans have said,“ The Lord is a god of mountains, but He is not a god of valleys,” therefore I will hand over to you all this great multitude, and you shall know that I am the Lord.’ ”

Then a man of God came and spoke to the king of Israel, and said,“ Thus says the Lord:‘ Because the Syrians have said,“ The Lord is God of the hills, but He is not God of the valleys,” therefore I will deliver all this great multitude into your hand, and you shall know that I am the Lord.’”

And a man of God came near and spake unto the king of Israel, and said, Thus saith Jehovah, Because the Syrians have said, Jehovah is a god of the hills, but he is not a god of the valleys; therefore will I deliver all this great multitude into thy hand, and ye shall know that I am Jehovah.

Then the man of God approached and said to the king of Israel,“ This is what the Lord says:‘ Because the Arameans have said: Yahweh is a god of the mountains and not a god of the valleys, I will hand over all this great army to you. Then you will know that I am the Lord.’”

And there came a man of God, and spake unto the king of Israel, and said, Thus saith the LORD, Because the Syrians have said, The LORD[ is] God of the hills, but he[ is] not God of the valleys, therefore will I deliver all this great multitude into thine hand, and ye shall know that I[ am] the LORD.

The prophet visited the king of Israel and said,“ This is what the LORD says:‘ Because the Syrians said,“ The LORD is a god of the mountains and not a god of the valleys,” I will hand over to you this entire huge army. Then you will know that I am the LORD.’”

A man of God came near and spoke to the king of Israel, and said,“ Yahweh says,‘ Because the Syrians have said,“ Yahweh is a god of the hills, but he is not a god of the valleys;” therefore I will deliver all this great multitude into your hand, and you shall know that I am Yahweh.’”

這時忽有一個神言人走近前來見以色列王亞哈說：『這一大隊蜂擁軍兵你不是都看見了麼？看吧，今天我必將他們交在你手裏，你就知道我乃是永恆主。』

婦人對以利亞說：『神人哪，我與你之間有甚麼相干？你竟到我這裏來，重翻起我罪孽的舊案，而使我兒子死啊！』

你們就知道我乃是永恆主；因為你們沒有遵行我的律例，沒有實行我的典章，反而依照你們四圍列國的規矩去行。』

我必伸手攻擊他們，使他們的地從曠野到利比拉、他們的住處、都荒涼淒慘，他們就知道我乃是永恆主。』

主啊，以色列人既在仇敵面前轉背逃跑，我還有甚麼可說的呢？迦南人和這地所有的居民聽見了，一定會把我們圍住，將我們的名從地上剪除掉；那時你為你至大之名要怎麼辦呢？』

我伸手攻擊埃及、將以色列人從他們中間領出來時，埃及人就知道我乃是永恆主。

然而我卻顧惜我的聖名，就是以色列家在所去到的列國中所褻瀆的。『為此你要對以色列家說：主永恆主這麼說：以色列家啊，我將要行事、並不是為了你們，乃是為了我自己的聖名，就是在你們所去到的列國中你們所使它被褻瀆的。我的尊大之名在列國中被褻瀆，就是你們在他們中間所褻瀆的；我一定要使它彰顯為聖；我在他們眼前在你們身上彰顯為聖時，外國人就知道我乃是永恆主：這是主永恆主發神諭說的。

主永恆主發神諭說：我這樣行、並不是為了你們的緣故，這是你們要知道的；以色列家啊，你們倒要為你們自己的行徑、而抱愧蒙羞呢。

那神言人走近前來見以色列王，對他說：『來！你奮勇自強吧；你要明白、要看清楚你所要作的；因為到了年頭、亞蘭王必上來攻擊你。』亞蘭王的臣僕對亞蘭王說：『以色列人的神是山神，故此他們勝過我們；但我們要在平原上跟他們交戰，就一定勝過他們。

但我卻要留下他們少數的人免遭刀劍、免受饑荒、免患瘟疫，使他們在所到的列國中敘說他們一切可厭惡之像的事，他們就知道我乃是永恆主。』

力量和成功的謀略盡在於他；受騙的與騙人的、都屬於他。他把謀士擄去，衣服都給剝奪了；他使審判官變成了狂妄人。他解開了君王綁人的繩索，又用腰布捆他們的腰。他把祭司擄去，衣服都給剝奪了；又使基礎鞏固的人敗倒。

但是當那日、我必分別我人民所住的歌珊地，使那裏沒有蒼蠅羣，好叫你知道在全地中我是永恆主。

因你向我激怒，又因你倨傲的話上我耳中，我就要放鈎子鈎你的鼻子，把嚼環放在你嘴上，使你從你來的路上轉回去。』『希西家啊，以下這事要給你做個兆頭：第一年你們還喫遺落自生的；第二年還喫遺落重長的；第三年你們就要播種，要收割，要栽植葡萄園，喫其中的果子。猶大家逃脫的餘民必再往下扎根，向上結果子；因為將要有餘剩之民從耶路撒冷而出，將要有逃脫的人從錫安山而來；永恆主妒愛之熱心總必成就這事。『因此永恆主論亞述王是這樣說的：「他不會來到這城，也不會射箭到這裏；不會拿盾牌臨到城前，也不會倒土堆攻城。他從哪條路來，也必從哪條路回去：這城他不能進：這是永恆主發神諭說的。為了我自己的緣故、又為了我僕人大衛的緣故、我必圍護這城來拯救它。」』永恆主的使者就出來，在亞述營中擊殺了十八萬五千人；第二天早晨、人清早起來，只見都是死屍。亞述王西拿基立拔了營而走，就回去，住在尼尼微。

我要拿你們當作我的子民；我要做你們的上帝；你們要認識我是永恆主、你們的上帝、是領你們從埃及人所加的重擔下出來的。

義人見有報復之前、就歡喜；他必在惡人的血中去洗腳。因此人必說：『義人真地有好的果報；地上真地有上帝在施行判罰。』

『我們的罪孽雖作證告我們，永恆主啊，為你名的緣故行事吧！雖則我們多次轉離正道，犯罪得罪了你。

為甚麼容外國人譏笑說：『他們的上帝在哪裏？』呢？願我們親眼看見人在列國中都知道你伸了你僕人所流之血的冤。

飯你們沒有喫，清酒濃酒你們沒有喝：都是要使你們知道我永恆主乃是你們的上帝。

然而我卻為我名的緣故而行事，免得我的名在他們所同住的列國人眼前被褻瀆，我就是在這些列國人眼前領我人民出埃及地、使他們認識我的。

當下永恆主的靈就在大眾中臨到了利未人亞薩的子孫：瑪探雅的玄孫耶利的曾孫比拿雅的孫子撒迦利亞的兒子雅哈悉；他說：『猶大眾人、耶路撒冷的居民和約沙法王啊，你們請留心聽；永恆主對你們這麼說：「你們不要因這許多蜂擁軍兵而懼怕驚慌，因為爭戰不是在於你們，乃是在於上帝。明天你們要下去迎敵；他們會從洗斯坡上來；你們要在耶魯伊勒曠野東面的谿谷口去對付他們。猶大和耶路撒冷人哪，這次你們不必爭戰，只要各守己位、站着，看永恆主為你們所取得的勝利。」你們不要懼怕，不要驚慌；明天要出去迎敵；永恆主和你們同在。』約沙法就面伏於地；猶大眾人和耶路撒冷的居民也都拜倒在永恆主面前，敬拜永恆主。哥轄子孫和可拉子孫的利未人都起來，用非常大的聲音讚美永恆主以色列的上帝。第二天早晨、眾人清早起來，出發往提哥亞的曠野；他們出去的時候，約沙法站着說：『猶大人和耶路撒冷居民哪，你們要聽我的話：信靠永恆主你們的上帝，你們就一定牢靠；信靠他的神言人，你們就一定成功。』

『我必在我人民以色列中間使人認識我的聖名；我必不容我的聖名再被褻瀆；列國就知道我乃是耶和華、以色列中之聖者。

然而我卻為我名的緣故而行事，免得我的名在列國人眼前被褻瀆，我領我人民出埃及就是在這些列國人眼前的。

那時有一個神人憑着永恆主的話從猶大來到伯特利；耶羅波安正站在祭壇旁要燻祭；
