耶和华必成就向我所应许的话说：‘你的子孙若谨慎自己的行为，尽心尽意诚诚实实地行在我面前，就不断人坐以色列的国位。’

耶和华必成就他所说关于我的话，说：‘你的子孙若谨慎自己的行为，尽心尽意凭信实行在我面前，就不断有人坐以色列的王位。’

耶和华必履行给我的应许，祂对我说，‘如果你的子孙谨慎自守，忠心地事奉我，你的王朝必世代相传。’

這樣、永恆主就必堅立他的話、就是他所應許關於我的話、說：「你的子孫若謹慎他們所行的路，全心全意忠誠誠地行於我面前，那麼、你的子孫就不斷有人坐以色列的王位了。」

致耶和華應其指我所言曰、若爾子孫、慎其道途、一心一意行於我前、真實無妄、則爾必不乏人、踐以色列國位、

昔耶和華有應許、若我子孫所為謹恪、一心一意行於其前、真實毋妄、則不絶我嗣、踐以色列國位。如爾恪守斯命、則其前言必不食也。

主亦必踐向我所應許之言、主曾應許我曰、如爾子孫謹慎其道、盡心盡意、誠實無妄、行於我前、則將繼爾坐以色列國位、永遠不絕、

and that the Lord may keep his promise to me:‘ If your descendants watch how they live, and if they walk faithfully before me with all their heart and soul, you will never fail to have a successor on the throne of Israel.’

The Lord will keep the promise he made to me. He said,‘ Your sons must be careful about how they live. They must be faithful to me with all their heart and soul. Then you will always have a son from your family line to sit on the throne of Israel.’

that the Lord may establish his word that he spoke concerning me, saying,‘ If your sons pay close attention to their way, to walk before me in faithfulness with all their heart and with all their soul, you shall not lack a man on the throne of Israel.’

If you do this, then the Lord will keep the promise he made to me. He told me,‘ If your descendants live as they should and follow me faithfully with all their heart and soul, one of them will always sit on the throne of Israel.’

and so that the LORD will fulfill his promise that he made to me:‘ If your sons take care to walk faithfully before me with all their heart and all their soul, you will never fail to have a man on the throne of Israel.’

so that the Lord may fulfill His promise which He spoke regarding me, saying,‘ If your sons are careful about their way, to walk before Me in truth with all their heart and all their soul, you shall not be deprived of a man to occupy the throne of Israel.’

that the Lord may fulfill His word which He spoke concerning me, saying,‘ If your sons take heed to their way, to walk before Me in truth with all their heart and with all their soul,’ He said,‘ you shall not lack a man on the throne of Israel.’

that Jehovah may establish his word which he spake concerning me, saying, If thy children take heed to their way, to walk before me in truth with all their heart and with all their soul, there shall not fail thee( said he) a man on the throne of Israel.

and so that the Lord will carry out His promise that He made to me:‘ If your sons are careful to walk faithfully before Me with their whole mind and heart, you will never fail to have a man on the throne of Israel.’

That the LORD may continue his word which he spake concerning me, saying, If thy children take heed to their way, to walk before me in truth with all their heart and with all their soul, there shall not fail thee( said he) a man on the throne of Israel.

and the LORD will fulfill his promise to me,‘ If your descendants watch their step and live faithfully in my presence with all their heart and being, then,’ he promised,‘ you will not fail to have a successor on the throne of Israel.’

Then Yahweh may establish his word which he spoke concerning me, saying,‘ If your children are careful of their way, to walk before me in truth with all their heart and with all their soul, there shall not fail you,’ he said,‘ a man on the throne of Israel.’

“ Now Lord, the God of Israel, keep for your servant David my father the promises you made to him when you said,‘ You shall never fail to have a successor to sit before me on the throne of Israel, if only your descendants are careful in all they do to walk before me faithfully as you have done.’ (niv)

“ Remember, Lord, how I have walked before you faithfully and with wholehearted devotion and have done what is good in your eyes.” And Hezekiah wept bitterly. (niv)

“ And now, Lord God, keep forever the promise you have made concerning your servant and his house. Do as you promised, (niv)

So if you faithfully obey the commands I am giving you today— to love the Lord your God and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul— (niv)

Both of them were righteous in the sight of God, observing all the Lord’s commands and decrees blamelessly. (niv)

The Lord was with Jehoshaphat because he followed the ways of his father David before him. He did not consult the Baals (niv)

Neither before nor after Josiah was there a king like him who turned to the Lord as he did— with all his heart and with all his soul and with all his strength, in accordance with all the Law of Moses. (niv)

Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. (niv)

Jesus replied:“‘ Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ (niv)

For those who are evil will be destroyed, but those who hope in the Lord will inherit the land. (niv)

“ And you, my son Solomon, acknowledge the God of your father, and serve him with wholehearted devotion and with a willing mind, for the Lord searches every heart and understands every desire and every thought. If you seek him, he will be found by you; but if you forsake him, he will reject you forever. (niv)

When your days are over and you go to be with your ancestors, I will raise up your offspring to succeed you, one of your own sons, and I will establish his kingdom.He is the one who will build a house for me, and I will establish his throne forever.I will be his father, and he will be my son. I will never take my love away from him, as I took it away from your predecessor.I will set him over my house and my kingdom forever; his throne will be established forever.’”Nathan reported to David all the words of this entire revelation. (niv)

and have done ever since the time I appointed leaders over my people Israel. I will also give you rest from all your enemies.“‘ The Lord declares to you that the Lord himself will establish a house for you:When your days are over and you rest with your ancestors, I will raise up your offspring to succeed you, your own flesh and blood, and I will establish his kingdom.He is the one who will build a house for my Name, and I will establish the throne of his kingdom forever.I will be his father, and he will be my son. When he does wrong, I will punish him with a rod wielded by men, with floggings inflicted by human hands.But my love will never be taken away from him, as I took it away from Saul, whom I removed from before you.Your house and your kingdom will endure forever before me; your throne will be established forever.’” (niv)

And if you walk in obedience to me and keep my decrees and commands as David your father did, I will give you a long life.” (niv)

If you pay attention to these laws and are careful to follow them, then the Lord your God will keep his covenant of love with you, as he swore to your ancestors. (niv)

I will establish your royal throne over Israel forever, as I promised David your father when I said,‘ You shall never fail to have a successor on the throne of Israel.’ (niv)

“ As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love.If you keep my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commands and remain in his love. (niv)

I will establish his line forever, his throne as long as the heavens endure.“ If his sons forsake my law and do not follow my statutes,if they violate my decrees and fail to keep my commands,I will punish their sin with the rod, their iniquity with flogging;but I will not take my love from him, nor will I ever betray my faithfulness.I will not violate my covenant or alter what my lips have uttered.Once for all, I have sworn by my holiness— and I will not lie to David—that his line will continue forever and his throne endure before me like the sun;it will be established forever like the moon, the faithful witness in the sky.” (niv)

I will gather all the nations to Jerusalem to fight against it; the city will be captured, the houses ransacked, and the women raped. Half of the city will go into exile, but the rest of the people will not be taken from the city. (niv)

“‘ If you follow my decrees and are careful to obey my commands, (niv)

But you will have a son who will be a man of peace and rest, and I will give him rest from all his enemies on every side. His name will be Solomon, and I will grant Israel peace and quiet during his reign.He is the one who will build a house for my Name. He will be my son, and I will be his father. And I will establish the throne of his kingdom over Israel forever.’“ Now, my son, the Lord be with you, and may you have success and build the house of the Lord your God, as he said you would. (niv)

Of all my sons— and the Lord has given me many— he has chosen my son Solomon to sit on the throne of the kingdom of the Lord over Israel.He said to me:‘ Solomon your son is the one who will build my house and my courts, for I have chosen him to be my son, and I will be his father.I will establish his kingdom forever if he is unswerving in carrying out my commands and laws, as is being done at this time.’ (niv)

For I have chosen him, so that he will direct his children and his household after him to keep the way of the Lord by doing what is right and just, so that the Lord will bring about for Abraham what he has promised him.” (niv)

Solomon showed his love for the Lord by walking according to the instructions given him by his father David, except that he offered sacrifices and burned incense on the high places. (niv)

When Abram was ninety- nine years old, the Lord appeared to him and said,“ I am God Almighty; walk before me faithfully and be blameless. (niv)

And now, Israel, what does the Lord your God ask of you but to fear the Lord your God, to walk in obedience to him, to love him, to serve the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul, (niv)

The king stood by the pillar and renewed the covenant in the presence of the Lord— to follow the Lord and keep his commands, statutes and decrees with all his heart and all his soul, thus confirming the words of the covenant written in this book. Then all the people pledged themselves to the covenant. (niv)

But you, dear friends, by building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit,keep yourselves in God’s love as you wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you to eternal life. (niv)

and said:“ Lord, the God of Israel, there is no God like you in heaven above or on earth below— you who keep your covenant of love with your servants who continue wholeheartedly in your way. (niv)

The Lord swore an oath to David, a sure oath he will not revoke:“ One of your own descendants I will place on your throne.If your sons keep my covenant and the statutes I teach them, then their sons will sit on your throne for ever and ever.” (niv)

those the Lord blesses will inherit the land, but those he curses will be destroyed. (niv)

To him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you before his glorious presence without fault and with great joy— (niv)
