The woman said to Elijah,“ Now I know that you are a man of God, and that Yahweh’s word in your mouth is truth.”

婦人對以利亞說：“現在我知道你是神人，耶和華藉著你的口所說的話是真實的。”

婦人對以利亞說：『現在我才知道你真是個神人，而永恆主的話又真地由你口中說出。』

婦謂以利亞曰、今我知爾乃神人、主藉爾所言、真實無妄、

Then the woman said to Elijah,“ Now I know that you are a man of God and that the word of the Lord from your mouth is the truth.”

Then the woman said to Elijah,“ Now I know that you are a man of God. I know that the message you have brought from the Lord is true.”

And the woman said to Elijah,“ Now I know that you are a man of God, and that the word of the Lord in your mouth is truth.”

Then the woman told Elijah,“ Now I know for sure that you are a man of God, and that the Lord truly speaks through you.”

Then the woman said to Elijah,“ Now I know you are a man of God and the LORD’s word from your mouth is true.”

Then the woman said to Elijah,“ Now I know that you are a man of God, and that the word of the Lord in your mouth is truth.”

Then the woman said to Elijah,“ Now by this I know that you are a man of God, and that the word of the Lord in your mouth is the truth.”

And the woman said to Elijah, Now I know that thou art a man of God, and that the word of Jehovah in thy mouth is truth.

Then the woman said to Elijah,“ Now I know you are a man of God and the Lord’s word from your mouth is true.”

And the woman said to Elijah, Now by this I know that thou[ art] a man of God,[ and] that the word of the LORD in thy mouth[ is] truth.

The woman said to Elijah,“ Now I know that you are a prophet and that the LORD really does speak through you.”

The same came to him by night, and said to him,“ Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher come from God, for no one can do these signs that you do, unless God is with him.”

Now we know that you know all things, and don’t need for anyone to question you. By this we believe that you came from God.”

This beginning of his signs Jesus did in Cana of Galilee, and revealed his glory; and his disciples believed in him.

If I hadn’t done among them the works which no one else did, they wouldn’t have had sin. But now they have seen and also hated both me and my Father.

The Preacher sought to find out acceptable words, and that which was written blamelessly, words of truth.

I am glad for your sakes that I was not there, so that you may believe. Nevertheless, let’s go to him.”

They said to the woman,“ Now we believe, not because of your speaking; for we have heard for ourselves, and know that this is indeed the Christ, the Savior of the world.”After the two days he went out from there and went into Galilee.For Jesus himself testified that a prophet has no honor in his own country.So when he came into Galilee, the Galileans received him, having seen all the things that he did in Jerusalem at the feast, for they also went to the feast.Jesus came therefore again to Cana of Galilee, where he made the water into wine. There was a certain nobleman whose son was sick at Capernaum.When he heard that Jesus had come out of Judea into Galilee, he went to him, and begged him that he would come down and heal his son, for he was at the point of death.Jesus therefore said to him,“ Unless you see signs and wonders, you will in no way believe.”

For this cause we also thank God without ceasing, that when you received from us the word of the message of God, you accepted it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which also works in you who believe.

I know that you always listen to me, but because of the multitude standing around I said this, that they may believe that you sent me.”
