Asa then took all the silver and gold that was left in the treasuries of the Lord’s temple and of his own palace. He entrusted it to his officials and sent them to Ben-Hadad son of Tabrimmon, the son of Hezion, the king of Aram, who was ruling in Damascus.

Asa took all the silver and gold left among the treasures of the Lord’ s temple and his own palace. He put his officials in charge of it. He sent the officials to Ben- Hadad. Ben- Hadad was king of Aram. He was ruling in Damascus. He was the son of Tabrimmon and the grandson of Hezion.

Then Asa took all the silver and the gold that were left in the treasures of the house of the Lord and the treasures of the king’s house and gave them into the hands of his servants. And King Asa sent them to Ben-hadad the son of Tabrimmon, the son of Hezion, king of Syria, who lived in Damascus, saying,

Asa responded by removing all the silver and gold that was left in the treasuries of the Temple of the Lord and the royal palace. He sent it with some of his officials to Ben hadad son of Tabrimmon, son of Hezion, the king of Aram, who was ruling in Damascus, along with this message:

So Asa withdrew all the silver and gold that remained in the treasuries of the LORD’s temple and the treasuries of the royal palace and gave it to his servants. Then King Asa sent them to Ben-hadad son of Tabrimmon son of Hezion king of Aram who lived in Damascus, saying,

Then Asa took all the silver and the gold that was left in the treasuries of the house of the Lord and the treasuries of the king’s house, and handed it over to his servants. And King Asa sent them to Ben hadad the son of Tabrimmon, the son of Hezion, king of Aram, who lived in Damascus, saying,

Then Asa took all the silver and gold that was left in the treasuries of the house of the Lord and the treasuries of the king’s house, and delivered them into the hand of his servants. And King Asa sent them to Ben-Hadad the son of Tabrimmon, the son of Hezion, king of Syria, who dwelt in Damascus, saying,

Then Asa took all the silver and the gold that were left in the treasures of the house of Jehovah, and the treasures of the king’s house, and delivered them into the hand of his servants; and king Asa sent them to Ben- hadad, the son of Tabrimmon, the son of Hezion, king of Syria, that dwelt at Damascus, saying,

So Asa withdrew all the silver and gold that remained in the treasuries of the Lord’s temple and the treasuries of the royal palace and put it into the hands of his servants. Then King Asa sent them to Ben-hadad son of Tabrimmon son of Hezion king of Aram who lived in Damascus, saying,

Then Asa took all the silver and the gold[ that were] left in the treasures of the house of the LORD, and the treasures of the king’s house, and delivered them into the hand of his servants: and king Asa sent them to Benhadad, the son of Tabrimon, the son of Hezion, king of Syria, that dwelt at Damascus, saying,

Asa took all the silver and gold that was left in the treasuries of the LORD’s temple and of the royal palace and handed it to his servants. He then told them to deliver it to Ben Hadad son of Tabrimmon, the son of Hezion, king of Syria, ruler in Damascus, along with this message:

Then Asa took all the silver and the gold that was left in the treasures of Yahweh’s house, and the treasures of the king’s house, and delivered it into the hand of his servants. Then King Asa sent them to Ben Hadad, the son of Tabrimmon, the son of Hezion, king of Syria, who lived at Damascus, saying,

奪主殿及王宮之寶物、悉攜之去、亦奪所羅門所作之金干、

猶大王約阿施、以其祖父猶大王約沙法、約蘭、亞哈謝、所區別為聖之物、與己所區別為聖之物、及主殿府庫與王宮所有之金、悉饋亞蘭王哈薛、故哈薛不上耶路撒冷、

天主又使以利亞大子利遜、起而敵所羅門、昔自其主王瑣巴王哈大底薛所而逃者、大衛殺瑣巴人時、利遜集人成群、而為其長、往大瑪色居焉、在彼立一國、

以父所區別為聖、及己所區別為聖之金銀器皿、進於主殿、

乘夜率僕從分路而攻、追至大瑪色左之何巴、

亞蘭王便哈達集其全軍、偕之者有三十二王、又有馬與車、上而環攻撒瑪利亞、遣使者入城、見以色列王亞哈、謂之曰、便哈達如是云、爾之金銀屬我、爾妻子之佳者亦屬我、以色列王曰、我主我王歟、我與凡所有悉屬王、如王所言、使者復至曰、便哈達如是云、昔我遣人告爾、以金銀妻子悉付我、

其人本欲探其語意、即速就其言、曰、王之弟便哈達尚存、曰、往哉、請之來、便哈達遂出、見王、王使之登車、便哈達謂王曰、昔我父所奪王父之城邑、今我必反之、王可在大瑪色立街市、如我父曾在撒瑪利亞立街市然、亞哈曰、我循此約、必使王歸、於是與之立約而使之歸、

必使火焚哈薛家、燬便哈達宮殿、

亞撒自主殿府庫、及王宮府庫中、取金銀、遣人餽都大瑪色之亞蘭王便哈達、曰、爾父與我父間有約、爾我間亦當有約、我以金銀餽爾、求爾廢與以色列王巴沙所立之約、使之不攻我而歸、便哈達從亞撒王之言、遣其軍長攻以色列邑、擊以雲、但、亞伯瑪音、及拿弗他利諸府庫之城、巴沙聞之、止其工作、不建拉瑪、亞撒王召猶大人眾、命取巴沙建拉瑪之石與木、用以建迦巴迦巴即基比亞與米斯巴、

我必燃火於大瑪色城垣、焚燬便哈達之宮殿、○

以利沙至大瑪色、亞蘭王便哈達遘病、或告王曰、神人至此、王命哈薛曰、爾攜禮物、往見神人、藉之問主、我此病得愈否、哈薛攜四十駝、負大瑪色各種佳品以為禮物、往見以利沙、既至、立於其前曰、爾子亞蘭王便哈達、遣我見爾、問曰、我此病得愈否、以利沙謂之曰、爾往告王曰、爾病能愈、雖然、主曾示我、彼必死、神人注目視哈薛良久、遂哭泣、哈薛曰、我主、何為哭泣、曰、因我知爾必加害於以色列人、以火燬其堅城、以刃殺其壯丁、擲死其嬰孩、刳剔其孕婦、哈薛曰、僕何人斯、惟一犬耳、焉能作此大事乎、以利沙曰、主默示我、爾必為亞蘭王、哈薛離以利沙、返見主人亞蘭王、王曰、以利沙與爾何言、曰、彼告我、王必痊愈、明日、哈薛以厚布浸於水、掩王面、王遂死、於是哈薛代之為王、○

希西家遂以主殿與王宮之府庫所有之銀、悉饋亞述王、當時猶大王希西家將主殿門扉之金、與己所蔽於殿柱之金、悉剝而取之、饋亞述王、

以父所區別為聖、及己所區別為聖之金銀與器皿、進奉於天主殿、
