因為憑着永恆主的話、我是這樣受吩咐說：「你不可喫飯喝水，也不可從你去的原路上回來。」』

蓋耶和華諭我曰、勿食餅飲水於此、勿循原途而返、

蓋有主之命諭我云、毋食餅、毋飲水在伯特利、毋由所往之途而返、

For I was commanded by the word of the Lord:‘ You must not eat bread or drink water or return by the way you came.’”

The Lord gave me a command. He said,‘ Do not eat bread or drink water there. Do not return the same way you came.’ ”

for so was it commanded me by the word of the Lord, saying,‘ You shall neither eat bread nor drink water nor return by the way that you came.’”

For the Lord gave me this command:‘ You must not eat or drink anything while you are there, and do not return to Judah by the same way you came.’”

for this is what I was commanded by the word of the LORD:‘ You must not eat food or drink water or go back the way you came.’”

For so it was commanded me by the word of the Lord, saying,‘ You shall not eat bread nor drink water, nor return by the way that you came.’ ”

不要使我的心偏向邪惡的事，以致我和作惡的人一同行惡；也不叫我吃他們的美食。

他嘴唇的命令，我未曾背棄；我看重他口中的言語，過於我需用的飲食。

有些無賴之徒從你中間出來，引誘本城的居民，說：『我們去事奉別神吧。』那是你們不認識的，你就要調查，探聽，細心詢問。看哪，是真的，確實有這可憎的事在你中間發生，你務必用刀殺那城裏的居民，把城裏所有的，連牲畜都用刀滅盡。你要把從城裏所奪取的一切財物堆在廣場中，用火將那城和其中奪取的一切財物全燒給耶和華－你的神。那城要永遠成為廢墟，不得重建。那當毀滅的物一點都不可黏你的手，好讓耶和華轉回，不向你發烈怒，卻恩待你，憐憫你，照他向你列祖所起的誓使你人數增多；因為你聽從耶和華－你神的話，遵守我今日所吩咐你的一切誡命，行耶和華－你神眼中看為正的事。」

你們若遵行我所命令的，就是我的朋友。

你們既知道這些事，若是去實行就有福了。

弟兄們，那些離間你們、使你們跌倒、違背所學之道的人，我勸你們要留意躲避他們。

他就對從猶大來的神人宣告說：「耶和華如此說：『你既違背耶和華的指示，不遵守耶和華－你神的命令，反倒回來，在耶和華禁止你吃飯喝水的地方吃了飯喝了水，因此你的屍體必不得葬在你祖先的墳墓裏。』」

看哪，有一個神人遵照耶和華的話從猶大來到伯特利。耶羅波安正站在壇旁燒香；

我愛你們，正如父愛我一樣；你們要常在我的愛裏。你們若遵守我的命令，就會常在我的愛裏，正如我遵守了我父的命令，常在他的愛裏。

他吩咐會眾說：「你們離開這些惡人的帳棚吧！不可碰他們的任何東西，免得你們因他們一切的罪而消滅。」

撒母耳說：「耶和華喜愛燔祭和祭物，豈如喜愛人聽從他的話呢？看哪，聽命勝於獻祭，順從勝於公羊的脂肪。

我又聽見另一個聲音從天上說：「我的民哪，從那城出來吧！免得和她在罪上有份，受她所受的災殃；

但現在，我寫信告訴你們，若有稱為弟兄的人卻仍犯淫亂，或貪婪，或拜偶像，或辱罵，或醉酒，或勒索，這樣的人不可跟他交往，就是跟他吃飯都不可以。

那暗昧無益的事，不可參與，倒要把這種事揭發出來。
