For I was commanded by the word of the Lord:‘ You must not eat bread or drink water or return by the way you came.’”

The Lord gave me a command. He said,‘ Do not eat bread or drink water there. Do not return the same way you came.’ ”

for so was it commanded me by the word of the Lord, saying,‘ You shall neither eat bread nor drink water nor return by the way that you came.’”

For the Lord gave me this command:‘ You must not eat or drink anything while you are there, and do not return to Judah by the same way you came.’”

for this is what I was commanded by the word of the LORD:‘ You must not eat food or drink water or go back the way you came.’”

求你不要容我的心偏向惡事，免得我和作孽的人一同行惡，也不要使我吃他們的美食。

有些匪徒從你中間出來，把本城的居民引離，說：‘我們去事奉別的神吧。’那些神是你們素來不認識的；你就要調查、研究，仔細訪問，如果的確有這可厭惡的事行在你們中間，你就要用刀劍把那城裡的居民殺掉，把那城和城裡的一切，以及牲畜，都用刀劍完全毀滅。並且把從城裡掠奪的一切戰利品，都要收集在那城的廣場上，用火把城和在城裡掠奪的一切戰利品焚燒，獻給耶和華你的神；那城就要永遠成為廢墟，不可再建造。那當毀滅的物，一點也不可留在你手中，好使耶和華轉意不發烈怒，反而向你施恩，憐憫你，照著他向你的列祖所起的誓，使你的人數增多；只要你聽從耶和華你的神的話，遵守我今日吩咐你的一切誡命，實行耶和華你的神看為正的事，就必這樣。”

你們若行我所吩咐你們的，就是我的朋友了。

你們既然知道這些事，如果去實行，就有福了。

弟兄們，我勸你們要提防那些離間你們、絆倒你們、使你們違反你們所學的教義的人。你們也要避開他們，

他就對那從猶大來的神人喊叫，說：“耶和華這樣說：‘你既然違背了耶和華的命令，沒有謹守耶和華你的神吩咐你的誡命，反倒回來，在耶和華吩咐你不可吃飯喝水的地方，吃了飯喝了水，因此，你的屍體不能入葬你列祖的墳墓裡。’”

有一個神人，奉耶和華的命令，從猶大來到伯特利；那時，耶羅波安正站在祭壇旁邊燒香。

父怎樣愛我，我也怎樣愛你們；你們要住在我的愛裡。如果你們遵守我的命令，就必定住在我的愛裡，正像我遵守了我父的命令，住在他的愛裡一樣。

摩西告訴會眾：“你們要遠離這些惡人的帳幕，凡是他們的東西，你們都不可摸，免得你們因他們的一切罪惡同遭毀滅。”

撒母耳說：“耶和華喜悅燔祭和平安祭，豈像喜悅人聽從耶和華的話呢？聽從勝過獻祭，聽命勝過公羊的脂油。

我聽見另一個聲音從天上來，說：“從那城出來吧，我的子民！免得在她的罪上有分，受她所受的災難；

但現在我寫信告訴你們，如果有稱為弟兄，卻是行淫亂、貪心、拜偶像、辱罵人、醉酒或勒索的，這樣的人，不可和他來往，連和他吃飯都不可。

不要參與暗昧無益的事，倒要把它揭露出來，
