但真理的靈來的時候，他要引導你們進入一切真理。因為他不是憑着自己說的，而是把他所聽見的都說出來，並且要把將要來的事向你們傳達。

我們藉着這愛子的血得蒙救贖，過犯得以赦免，這是照他豐富的恩典，

作丈夫的，你們要愛自己的妻子，正如基督愛教會，為教會捨己，以水藉着道把教會洗淨，使她成為聖潔，好獻給自己，作榮耀的教會，毫無玷污、皺紋等類的缺陷，而是聖潔沒有瑕疵的。

我的肉是真正可吃的；我的血是真正可喝的。

耶穌回答她說：「你若知道神的恩賜，和對你說『請給我水喝』的是誰，你早就會求他，他也早就會給了你活水。」

我先前不認識他，如今我來用水施洗，為要使他顯明給以色列人。」約翰又作見證說：「我曾看見聖靈彷彿鴿子從天降下，停留在他的身上。我先前不認識他，可是那差我來用水施洗的對我說：『你看見聖靈降下來，停留在誰的身上，誰就是用聖靈施洗的。』

飯後他照樣拿起杯來，說：「這杯是用我的血所立的新約，為你們流出來的。

至於第二層帳幕，惟有大祭司一年一次獨自進去，沒有一次不帶着血，為自己獻上，也為百姓無意所犯的過錯獻上。

信我的人，就如經上所說：『從他腹中將流出活水的江河來。』」耶穌這話是指信他的人要受聖靈說的；那時還沒有賜下聖靈，因為耶穌還沒有得到榮耀。

就是照父神的預知，藉着聖靈得以成聖，以致順服耶穌基督，又蒙他血所灑的人。願恩惠、平安多多地賜給你們！

更何況踐踏神兒子的人，他們將那使他成聖之約的血當作不潔淨，又褻慢施恩的聖靈的人，你們想，他不該受更嚴厲的懲罰嗎？

敬虔的奧祕是公認為偉大的：神在肉身顯現，被聖靈稱義，被天使看見，被傳於外邦，被世人信服，被接在榮耀裏。

因為聽見你們對基督耶穌的信心，並對眾聖徒有的愛心。

不是我們愛神，而是神愛我們，差他的兒子為我們的罪作了贖罪祭；這就是愛。
