This is the one who came by water and blood— Jesus Christ. He did not come by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit who testifies, because the Spirit is the truth.

只等那一位真理之靈來了，他就要引導你們進入一切的真理：因為他不是憑着自己來說話，他乃是要把所聽見的都說出來，並且要把將來的事都傳告你們。

就是真理之靈、世人所不能領受的，因為看不見他，也不認識他；你們呢、卻認識他，因為他與你們同住，並且在你們裏面。

因為肉之生命是在於血；是我給了你們讓它在祭壇上為你們的生命行除罪禮的；因為是血（血是生命）在除罪的。

錫安哪、你，你也如此，為了和你立的約之血、我必將你中間被擄被囚的人從無水坑中釋放出來。

並有新約的中保耶穌、以及灑撒之血、比亞伯說得更好的。

因為這是我的血，盟約的血，為許多人流出來，使罪得赦免的。

耶穌對他們說：『這是我的血、盟約的血、替許多人流出來的。

他救了我們，不是由於我們所行的有甚麼本於義的行為，乃是按照他的憐憫，藉着再生之洗和聖靈之更新力。

他們直唱新的歌說：『你是配取那書卷、而揭開其印的；因為你曾被屠殺，曾用你的血從各族派各種語言的人、各民族各邦國中、買了人來，歸於上帝；

在這蒙愛者裏面、我們藉着他的血得贖放，過犯得赦免，都照上帝恩典之豐富。

做丈夫的，你們要愛妻子，正如基督愛了教會；為她捨棄了自己。用水的洗、用話語來潔淨她、好奉獻她為聖；好把教會獻給自己、滿有光彩、沒有污點皺紋等類、乃是聖潔沒有瑕疵的。

我的肉是真正可喫的，我的血是真正可喝的。

耶穌回答她說：『你若曉得上帝白白的恩，和對你說「請給我喝」的是誰，你就早已求他，他就早已給你活水了。』

我從前也不認識他；但是為要使他向以色列顯明出來；故此我來用水施洗。』約翰作見證說：『我見過聖靈、彷彿鴿子、從天上降下，停在耶穌上頭。我從前也不認識他；但那差我用水施洗的對我說：「你看見靈降下、停在誰上頭，誰就是那用聖靈施洗的。」

至於第二間呢、惟有大祭司一年一次獨自地進去，沒有不帶着血、替自己和人民的過失而供獻的。

信我的人就如經上所說：「必有活水之江河，從他腹中流出。」』但這句話耶穌是指着聖靈說的，就是信他的人將要領受的；那時聖靈還沒有來，因為耶穌還沒有得榮耀。

照父上帝所豫知、靠靈之聖化、而聽從耶穌基督、受他血灑的。願你們多多蒙恩平安。

那麼，踐踏上帝兒子的人，將自己所賴以成聖的約的血當做俗污，又褻慢施恩的靈，你們想想，他豈不更嚴重地被判為該受刑麼？

大家公認地、大哉、敬虔之事的奧祕！他顯現於肉身裏，他被斷為得勝於靈裏，他現給天使們看見，他被宣傳於外國中，被信奉於遍世界，被接上於榮耀中。

因為我們聽見了你們在基督耶穌裏的信心，以及你們對眾聖徒所有的愛心，

不是我們愛了上帝，乃是上帝愛了我們，並差遣了他的兒子、為我們的罪做了除罪法：愛就是在這一點啊。
