只等真理的靈來了，他要引導你們進入一切真理。他不是憑著自己說話，而是把他聽見的都說出來，並且要把將來的事告訴你們。

這保惠師就是真理的靈，世人不能接受他，因為看不見他，也不認識他。你們卻認識他，因為他跟你們住在一起，也要在你們裡面。

因為動物的生命是在血裡，我指定這祭壇上的血代替你們的生命，因為血裡有生命，所以能代贖生命。

錫安哪！至於你，因著我與你立約的血，我把你中間被囚禁的人從無水的坑裡釋放出來。

有新約的中保耶穌，還有他所灑的血。這血所傳的信息比亞伯的血所傳的更美。

這是我的血，是為立約的，為許多人流出來，使罪得赦。

耶穌說：“這是我的血，是為立約的，為許多人流出來的。

他就救了我們，並不是由於我們所行的義，而是照著他的憐憫，藉著重生的洗和聖靈的更新。

他們唱著新歌，說：“你配取書卷，配拆開封印，因為你曾被殺，曾用你的血，從各支派、各方言、各民族、各邦國，把人買了來歸給神，

我們在他愛子裡，藉著他的血蒙了救贖，過犯得到赦免，都是按著他豐盛的恩典。

你們作丈夫的，要愛妻子，好像基督愛教會，為教會捨己，為的是要用水藉著道把教會洗淨，成為聖潔，可以作榮耀的教會歸給自己，甚麼污點皺紋等也沒有，而是聖潔沒有瑕疵的。

因為我的肉是真正的食物，我的血是真正的飲料。

耶穌回答她：“你若知道神的恩賜，和對你說‘請給我水喝’的是誰，你必早已求他，他也必早把活水賜給你了。”

我本來不認識他，但為了要把他顯明給以色列人，因此我來用水施洗。”約翰又作見證說：“我曾看見聖靈，好像鴿子從天上降下來，停留在他的身上。我本來不認識他，但那差我來用水施洗的對我說：‘你看見聖靈降下來，停留在誰身上，誰就是用聖靈施洗的。’

飯後，他照樣拿起杯來，說：“這杯是用我的血所立的新約，這血是為你們流的。

至於第二進會幕，只有大祭司一年一次獨自進去，並且非帶著血不可，好為自己和人民的愚妄把血獻上。

信我的人，就像聖經所說的，從他的腹中要湧流出活水的江河來。”他這話是指著信他的人要接受聖靈說的；那時聖靈還沒有降臨，因為耶穌還沒有得著榮耀。

就是照著父神的預知蒙揀選，藉著聖靈得成聖潔，因而順服，並且被耶穌基督的血灑過的人。願恩惠平安多多地加給你們。

何況是踐踏神的兒子，把那使他成聖的立約的血當作俗物，又侮辱施恩的聖靈的人，你們想想，他不是應該受更嚴厲的刑罰嗎？

敬虔的奧祕真偉大啊，這是眾人所公認的，就是：“他在肉身顯現，在聖靈裡稱義（“在聖靈裡稱義”或譯：“被聖靈稱義”），被天使看見；被傳於列國，被世人信服，被接到榮耀裡。”

因為聽見你們在基督耶穌裡的信心，和對眾聖徒的愛心。

不是我們愛神，而是神愛我們，差遣他的兒子為我們的罪作了贖罪祭，這就是愛了。
