吾人苟能涵養愛德、使臻於圓融純熟之境、則吾人對於審判之日、可以泰然無憂矣。何則、吾人在世克肖天主具體而微也。

This is how love is made complete among us so that we will have confidence on the day of judgment: In this world we are like Jesus.

从这一点我们就会知道我们属于真理。就算我们的心责备自己，我们在神面前也可以安心，因为神比我们的心更大，并且他知道一切。各位蒙爱的人哪，如果我们的心不责备我们，我们在神面前就可以坦然无惧，

你们当记住我对你们说过的话：“没有一个奴仆大过他的主人。”他们既然逼迫了我，也会逼迫你们；如果他们遵守了我的话，也就会遵守你们的话。

相反，你们既然在基督的苦难上有份，就应该照此欢喜，好使你们在他荣耀显现的时候，也可以欢喜、快乐。你们如果因基督的名受责骂，就是蒙福的，因为荣耀的灵，就是神的灵，住在你们身上。

你看，信仰和他的行为相辅相成，而且信仰是本于行为得以完全的。

我确实地告诉你们：在那审判的日子，所多玛和格摩拉之地所受的，将要比那城还容易受呢！

不过我告诉你们：在那审判的日子，提尔和西顿所受的，将要比你们还容易受呢！

仰望信仰的创始者和成终者耶稣。他为了那摆在他前面的喜乐，就轻看羞辱，忍受了十字架，如今坐在神宝座的右边。其实，你们应当仔细地思想耶稣如何忍受了罪人的顶撞，这样你们心里就不会因丧气而疲倦。

但现在的天和地，藉着他的话语得以存留，一直留到不敬神的人受审判和灭亡的日子，被火焚烧。
