连我知己的朋友，我所倚靠、吃过我饭的也用脚踢我。

然而他们不能再这样敌挡；因为他们的愚昧必在众人面前显露出来，像那二人一样。

就是照父神的先见被拣选，藉着圣灵得成圣洁，以致顺服耶稣基督，又蒙他血所洒的人。愿恩惠、平安多多地加给你们。愿颂赞归与我们主耶稣基督的父神！他曾照自己的大怜悯，藉耶稣基督从死里复活，重生了我们，叫我们有活泼的盼望，可以得着不能朽坏、不能玷污、不能衰残、为你们存留在天上的基业。你们这因信蒙神能力保守的人，必能得着所预备、到末世要显现的救恩。

撒在石头地上的，就是人听了道，当下欢喜领受，只因心里没有根，不过是暂时的，及至为道遭了患难，或是受了逼迫，立刻就跌倒了。

凡属我不结果子的枝子，他就剪去；凡结果子的，他就修理干净，使枝子结果子更多。

因为假基督、假先知将要起来，显大神迹、大奇事，倘若能行，连选民也就迷惑了。

如今也是这样，照着拣选的恩典，还有所留的余数。既是出于恩典，就不在乎行为；不然，恩典就不是恩典了。

凡父所赐给我的人必到我这里来；到我这里来的，我总不丢弃他。因为我从天上降下来，不是要按自己的意思行，乃是要按那差我来者的意思行。差我来者的意思就是：他所赐给我的，叫我一个也不失落，在末日却叫他复活。

我们听说，有几个人从我们这里出去，用言语搅扰你们，惑乱你们的心。其实我们并没有吩咐他们。

耶稣基督的仆人，雅各的弟兄犹大，写信给那被召、在父神里蒙爱、为耶稣基督保守的人。

倘若他们因认识主救主耶稣基督，得以脱离世上的污秽，后来又在其中被缠住、制伏，他们末后的景况就比先前更不好了。他们晓得义路，竟背弃了传给他们的圣命，倒不如不晓得为妙。

我们却不是退后入沉沦的那等人，乃是有信心以致灵魂得救的人。
