For it is written in the Law of Moses:“ Do not muzzle an ox while it is treading out the grain.” Is it about oxen that God is concerned?

Here is what is written in the Law of Moses.“ Do not stop an ox from eating while it helps separate the grain from the straw.”( Deuteronomy 25:4) Is it oxen that God is concerned about?

For it is written in the Law of Moses,“ You shall not muzzle an ox when it treads out the grain.” Is it for oxen that God is concerned?

For the law of Moses says,“ You must not muzzle an ox to keep it from eating as it treads out the grain.” Was God thinking only about oxen when he said this?

For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen?

For it is written in the law of Moses,“ Do not muzzle an ox while it is treading out the grain.” God is not concerned here about oxen, is he?

For it is written in the law of Moses,“ You shall not muzzle an ox while it treads out the grain.” Is it for the oxen that God cares,

“ You shall not muzzle an ox while it treads out the grain.

For the Scripture says,“ You shall not muzzle an ox while it treads out the grain,” and,“ The laborer is worthy of his wages.”

These all wait for You, That You may give them their food in due season.

The eyes of all look expectantly to You, And You give them their food in due season.You open Your hand And satisfy the desire of every living thing.

Consider the ravens, for they neither sow nor reap, which have neither storehouse nor barn; and God feeds them. Of how much more value are you than the birds?And which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature?If you then are not able to do the least, why are you anxious for the rest?Consider the lilies, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; and yet I say to you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.If then God so clothes the grass, which today is in the field and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, how much more will He clothe you, O you of little faith?

but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the Lord your God. In it you shall do no work: you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your ox, nor your donkey, nor any of your cattle, nor your stranger who is within your gates, that your male servant and your female servant may rest as well as you.

Who covers the heavens with clouds, Who prepares rain for the earth, Who makes grass to grow on the mountains.He gives to the beast its food, And to the young ravens that cry.

Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they?Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature?“ So why do you worry about clothing? Behold, I have come out to stand against you, because your way is perverse before Me.The donkey saw Me and turned aside from Me these three times. If she had not turned aside from Me, surely I would also have killed you by now, and let her live.”And Balaam said to the Angel of the Lord,“ I have sinned, for I did not know You stood in the way against me. Now therefore, if it displeases You, I will turn back.”Then the Angel of the Lord said to Balaam,“ Go with the men, but only the word that I speak to you, that you shall speak.” So Balaam went with the princes of Balak.

And should I not pity Nineveh, that great city, in which are more than one hundred and twenty thousand persons who cannot discern between their right hand and their left— and much livestock?”
