Therefore concerning the eating of things offered to idols, we know that an idol is nothing in the world, and that there is no other God but one.

one Lord, one faith, one baptism;one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.

For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him.And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist.

So he said to them,“ I am a Hebrew; and I fear the Lord, the God of heaven, who made the sea and the dry land.”

which has come to you, as it has also in all the world, and is bringing forth fruit, as it is also among you since the day you heard and knew the grace of God in truth;

which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places,far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come.And He put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be head over all things to the church,which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all.

And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ,

Him God has exalted to His right hand to be Prince and Savior, to give repentance to Israel and forgiveness of sins.

Jesus said to him,“ Have I been with you so long, and yet you have not known Me, Philip? He who has seen Me has seen the Father; so how can you say,‘ show us the Father’?Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father in Me? The words that I speak to you I do not speak on My own authority; but the Father who dwells in Me does the works.

For this reason I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,

who through Him believe in God, who raised Him from the dead and gave Him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God.

Foods for the stomach and the stomach for foods, but God will destroy both it and them. Now the body is not for sexual immorality but for the Lord, and the Lord for the body.

Therefore I make known to you that no one speaking by the Spirit of God calls Jesus accursed, and no one can say that Jesus is Lord except by the Holy Spirit.

For the Father loves the Son, and shows Him all things that He Himself does; and He will show Him greater works than these, that you may marvel.For as the Father raises the dead and gives life to them, even so the Son gives life to whom He will.For the Father judges no one, but has committed all judgment to the Son,that all should honor the Son just as they honor the Father. He who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent Him.“ Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life.Most assuredly, I say to you, the hour is coming, and now is, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God; and those who hear will live.For as the Father has life in Himself, so He has granted the Son to have life in Himself,and has given Him authority to execute judgment also, because He is the Son of Man.Do not marvel at this; for the hour is coming in which all who are in the graves will hear His voiceand come forth— those who have done good, to the resurrection of life, and those who have done evil, to the resurrection of condemnation.

I am He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore. Amen. And I have the keys of Hades and of Death.
