realizing the fact that law is not made for a righteous person but for those who are lawless and rebellious, for the ungodly and sinners, for the unholy and worldly, for those who kill their fathers or mothers, for murderers,for the sexually immoral, homosexuals, slave traders, liars, perjurers, and whatever else is contrary to sound teaching,

If there is a man who sleeps with a male as those who sleep with a woman, both of them have committed a detestable act; they must be put to death. They have brought their own deaths upon themselves.

and there must be no filthiness or foolish talk, or vulgar joking, which are not fitting, but rather giving of thanks.For this you know with certainty, that no sexually immoral or impure or greedy person, which amounts to an idolater, has an inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God.

You shall not sleep with a male as one sleeps with a female; it is an abomination.

I did not at all mean with the sexually immoral people of this world, or with the greedy and swindlers, or with idolaters, for then you would have to leave the world.

For this reason God gave them over to degrading passions; for their women exchanged natural relations for that which is contrary to nature,and likewise the men, too, abandoned natural relations with women and burned in their desire toward one another, males with males committing shameful acts and receiving in their own persons the due penalty of their error.

Let the wicked abandon his way, And the unrighteous person his thoughts; And let him return to the Lord, And He will have compassion on him, And to our God, For He will abundantly pardon.

Pursue peace with all people, and the holiness without which no one will see the Lord.

Do you not know that those who run in a race all run, but only one receives the prize? Run in such a way that you may win.

One who sows injustice will reap disaster, And the rod of his fury will perish.

that there be no sexually immoral or godless person like Esau, who sold his own birthright for a single meal.

“ Then the King will say to those on His right,‘ Come, you who are blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.

Do you not know that your bodies are parts of Christ? Shall I then take away the parts of Christ and make them parts of a prostitute? Far from it!Or do you not know that the one who joins himself to a prostitute is one body with her? For He says,“ The two shall become one flesh.”

and they called to Lot and said to him,“ Where are the men who came to you tonight? Bring them out to us that we may have relations with them.”

While they were celebrating, behold, the men of the city, certain worthless men, surrounded the house, pushing one another at the door; and they spoke to the owner of the house, the old man, saying,“ Bring out the man who entered your house that we may have relations with him.”

“ None of the daughters of Israel shall be a cult prostitute, nor shall any of the sons of Israel be a cult prostitute.

‘ You shall do no wrong in judgment, in measurement of weight, or volume.You shall have accurate balances, accurate weights, an accurate ephah, and an accurate hin; I am the Lord your God, who brought you out from the land of Egypt.

“ You shall not give a false report; do not join your hand with a wicked person to be a malicious witness.

“ You shall not have in your bag differing weights, a large and a small.You shall not have in your house differing measures, a large and a small.You shall have a correct and honest weight; you shall have a correct and honest measure, so that your days may be prolonged in the land which the Lord your God is giving you.For everyone who does these things, everyone who acts unjustly is an abomination to the Lord your God.

Do not be deceived, my beloved brothers and sisters.

Woe to those who enact unjust statutes And to those who constantly record harmful decisions,So as to deprive the needy of justice And rob the poor among My people of their rights, So that widows may be their spoil And that they may plunder the orphans.

Then he said to me,“ This is the curse that is going forth over the face of the entire land; everyone who steals certainly will be purged away according to the writing on one side, and everyone who swears falsely will be purged away according to the writing on the other side.

Or do you not know that the saints will judge the world? If the world is judged by you, are you not competent to form the smallest law courts?Do you not know that we will judge angels? How much more matters of this life?

And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or children or farms on account of My name, will receive many times as much, and will inherit eternal life.

A false balance is an abomination to the Lord, But a just weight is His delight.

But as he was discussing righteousness, self control, and the judgment to come, Felix became frightened and responded,“ Go away for now, and when I have an opportunity, I will summon you.”
