故我所愛之兄弟、當貞固不搖、恆務主工、蓋知爾之勞於主者、非徒然也、

凡我良朋、當貞固不搖、常務主事、蓋知宗主、無徒勞也、

是以我所愛之兄弟、當堅固不搖、常務主事、蓋事主而勞、非徒然也、

故望我親愛之兄弟確乎不拔、屹然不動、恆在主之工作中發榮滋長、蔚為大觀；固知爾在主中所有艱辛困苦、不為徒勞耳。

Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.

My dear brothers and sisters, remain strong in the faith. Don’t let anything move you. Always give yourselves completely to the work of the Lord. Because you belong to the Lord, you know that your work is not worthless.

So, my dear brothers and sisters, be strong and immovable. Always work enthusiastically for the Lord, for you know that nothing you do for the Lord is ever useless.

Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, be steadfast, immovable, always excelling in the Lord’s work, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.

For God is not unjust so as to overlook your work and the love that you have shown for his name in serving the saints, as you still do.

holding fast to the word of life, so that in the day of Christ I may be proud that I did not run in vain or labor in vain.

You therefore, beloved, knowing this beforehand, take care that you are not carried away with the error of lawless people and lose your own stability.But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be the glory both now and to the day of eternity. Amen.

He who plants and he who waters are one, and each will receive his wages according to his labor.

if indeed you continue in the faith, stable and steadfast, not shifting from the hope of the gospel that you heard, which has been proclaimed in all creation under heaven, and of which I, Paul, became a minister.

Since we have these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from every defilement of body and spirit, bringing holiness to completion in the fear of God.

who gave himself for us to redeem us from all lawlessness and to purify for himself a people for his own possession who are zealous for good works.

by which he has granted to us his precious and very great promises, so that through them you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped from the corruption that is in the world because of sinful desire.For this very reason, make every effort to supplement your faith with virtue, and virtue with knowledge,and knowledge with self-control, and self-control with steadfastness, and steadfastness with godliness,and godliness with brotherly affection, and brotherly affection with love.For if these qualities are yours and are increasing, they keep you from being ineffective or unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.For whoever lacks these qualities is so nearsighted that he is blind, having forgotten that he was cleansed from his former sins.

For we have come to share in Christ, if indeed we hold our original confidence firm to the end.

that no one be moved by these afflictions. For you yourselves know that we are destined for this.

Moreover, by them is your servant warned; in keeping them there is great reward.

Not that I seek the gift, but I seek the fruit that increases to your credit.

For this reason, when I could bear it no longer, I sent to learn about your faith, for fear that somehow the tempter had tempted you and our labor would be in vain.

And when Naomi saw that she was determined to go with her, she said no more.
