One who walks with wise people will be wise, But a companion of fools will suffer harm.

And Jesus answered and said to them,“ See to it that no one misleads you.

Your boasting is not good. Do you not know that a little leaven leavens the whole lump of dough?

Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals,

See that no one deceives you with empty words, for because of these things the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience.

But avoid worldly and empty chatter, for it will lead to further ungodliness,and their talk will spread like gangrene. Among them are Hymenaeus and Philetus,men who have gone astray from the truth, claiming that the resurrection has already taken place; and they are jeopardizing the faith of some.

Abandon your foolishness and live, And proceed in the way of understanding.”

Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a person sows, this he will also reap.

For false christs and false prophets will arise and will provide great signs and wonders, so as to mislead, if possible, even the elect.

Many will follow their indecent behavior, and because of them the way of the truth will be maligned;

For, while speaking out arrogant words of no value they entice by fleshly desires, by indecent behavior, those who barely escape from the ones who live in error,promising them freedom while they themselves are slaves of corruption; for by what anyone is overcome, by this he is enslaved.For if, after they have escaped the defilements of the world by the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled in them and are overcome, the last state has become worse for them than the first.

See to it that no one comes short of the grace of God; that no root of bitterness springing up causes trouble, and by it many become defiled;

And many false prophets will rise up and mislead many people.

All who live on the earth will worship him, everyone whose name has not been written since the foundation of the world in the book of life of the Lamb who has been slaughtered.If anyone has an ear, let him hear.If anyone is destined for captivity, to captivity he goes; if anyone kills with the sword, with the sword he must be killed. Here is the perseverance and the faith of the saints.Then I saw another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spoke as a dragon.He exercises all the authority of the first beast in his presence. And he makes the earth and those who live on it worship the first beast, whose fatal wound was healed.He performs great signs, so that he even makes fire come down out of the sky to the earth in the presence of people.And he deceives those who live on the earth because of the signs which it was given him to perform in the presence of the beast, telling those who live on the earth to make an image to the beast who* had the wound of the sword and has come to life.

And the great dragon was thrown down, the serpent of old who is called the devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was thrown down to the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him.

and with all the deception of wickedness for those who perish, because they did not accept the love of the truth so as to be saved.
