Now I would remind you, brothers, of the gospel I preached to you, which you received, in which you stand,

Now, brothers and sisters, I want to remind you of the gospel I preached to you, which you received and on which you have taken your stand.

Brothers and sisters, I want to remind you of the good news I preached to you. You received it and have put your faith in it.

Let me now remind you, dear brothers and sisters, of the Good News I preached to you before. You welcomed it then, and you still stand firm in it.

Now I want to make clear for you, brothers and sisters, the gospel I preached to you, which you received, on which you have taken your stand

Moreover, brethren, I declare to you the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received and in which you stand,

Now I make known unto you brethren, the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye received, wherein also ye stand,

Now brothers, I want to clarify for you the gospel I proclaimed to you; you received it and have taken your stand on it.

Now I declare to you, brothers, the Good News which I preached to you, which also you received, in which you also stand,

I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting him who called you in the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel—not that there is another one, but there are some who trouble you and want to distort the gospel of Christ.But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach to you a gospel contrary to the one we preached to you, let him be accursed.As we have said before, so now I say again: If anyone is preaching to you a gospel contrary to the one you received, let him be accursed.For am I now seeking the approval of man, or of God? Or am I trying to please man? If I were still trying to please man, I would not be a servant of Christ.For I would have you know, brothers, that the gospel that was preached by me is not man’s gospel.For I did not receive it from any man, nor was I taught it, but I received it through a revelation of Jesus Christ.

For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received: that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures,that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures,and that he appeared to Cephas, then to the twelve.Then he appeared to more than five hundred brothers at one time, most of whom are still alive, though some have fallen asleep.Then he appeared to James, then to all the apostles.Last of all, as to one untimely born, he appeared also to me.For I am the least of the apostles, unworthy to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God.But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace toward me was not in vain. On the contrary, I worked harder than any of them, though it was not I, but the grace of God that is with me.Whether then it was I or they, so we preach and so you believed.

By Silvanus, a faithful brother as I regard him, I have written briefly to you, exhorting and declaring that this is the true grace of God. Stand firm in it.

Through him we have also obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

on that day when, according to my gospel, God judges the secrets of men by Christ Jesus.

And he reasoned in the synagogue every Sabbath, and tried to persuade Jews and Greeks.When Silas and Timothy arrived from Macedonia, Paul was occupied with the word, testifying to the Jews that the Christ was Jesus.

Not that we lord it over your faith, but we work with you for your joy, for you stand firm in your faith.

Now the apostles and the brothers who were throughout Judea heard that the Gentiles also had received the word of God.

And these are the ones sown on rocky ground: the ones who, when they hear the word, immediately receive it with joy.And they have no root in themselves, but endure for a while; then, when tribulation or persecution arises on account of the word, immediately they fall away.And others are the ones sown among thorns. They are those who hear the word,but the cares of the world and the deceitfulness of riches and the desires for other things enter in and choke the word, and it proves unfruitful.But those that were sown on the good soil are the ones who hear the word and accept it and bear fruit, thirtyfold and sixtyfold and a hundredfold.”

So those who received his word were baptized, and there were added that day about three thousand souls.

And we also thank God constantly for this, that when you received the word of God, which you heard from us, you accepted it not as the word of men but as what it really is, the word of God, which is at work in you believers.

Finally, then, brothers, we ask and urge you in the Lord Jesus, that as you received from us how you ought to walk and to please God, just as you are doing, that you do so more and more.

Now we command you, brothers, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you keep away from any brother who is walking in idleness and not in accord with the tradition that you received from us.

The one who rejects me and does not receive my words has a judge; the word that I have spoken will judge him on the last day.

And you became imitators of us and of the Lord, for you received the word in much affliction, with the joy of the Holy Spirit,

For I decided to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ and him crucified.And I was with you in weakness and in fear and much trembling,and my speech and my message were not in plausible words of wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power,so that your faith might not rest in the wisdom of men but in the power of God.Yet among the mature we do impart wisdom, although it is not a wisdom of this age or of the rulers of this age, who are doomed to pass away.But we impart a secret and hidden wisdom of God, which God decreed before the ages for our glory.

I give thanks to my God always for you because of the grace of God that was given you in Christ Jesus,that in every way you were enriched in him in all speech and all knowledge—even as the testimony about Christ was confirmed among you—so that you are not lacking in any gift, as you wait for the revealing of our Lord Jesus Christ,who will sustain you to the end, guiltless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.

but we preach Christ crucified, a stumbling block to Jews and folly to Gentiles,but to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God.

I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the growth.
