上帝在教会中设立的第一是使徒，第二是先知，第三是教师，其次是行神迹的，然后是有医病恩赐的，帮助别人的，管理事务的，说各种方言的。

这人从圣灵领受智言，那人从圣灵领受知识；圣灵赐这人信心，赐那人医病的恩赐；圣灵使这人能行神迹，使那人能做先知讲道；使这人能辨别诸灵，使那人能说方言，又使另一人能翻译方言。这一切都是同一位圣灵所赐的，是祂按自己的旨意分别赐给各人的。

同时，上帝按自己的旨意，用神迹、奇事、各样的异能、圣灵的恩赐和他们一同做见证。

就像我们身体的各部分有不同的功能，我们众人在基督里组成一个身体，彼此联结，息息相关。我们照所得的恩典各有不同的恩赐。说预言的，要按着信心的程度说预言；

按着自己所得的恩赐彼此服侍，做上帝各样恩典的好管家。

正如你们蒙召后有同一个盼望，你们同属一个身体，有同一位圣灵、同一位主、同一个信仰、同一种洗礼、同一位上帝，就是万物之父。祂超越万物，贯穿万物，且在万物之中。

祂赐恩让一些人做使徒，一些人做先知，一些人做传福音的，一些人做牧师和教师，
