能聽的耳朵和能看的眼睛，兩樣都是耶和華所造的。

眼睛不能對手說：“我不需要你。”頭也不能對腳說：“我不需要你們。”

難道都是使徒嗎？都是先知嗎？都是教師嗎？都是行神蹟的嗎？

我的臟腑是你所造的，在我母腹中你塑造了我。我要稱謝你，因為我的受造奇妙可畏；你的作為奇妙，這是我深深知道的。我在隱密處被造，在地的深處被塑造，那時，我的形體不能向你隱藏。我未成形的身體，你的眼睛早已看見；為我所定的日子，我還未度過一日，都完全記在你的冊上了。

從前在以色列中，有人去求問神的時候，就這樣說：“來，我們去見先見吧。”因為今天稱為先知的，從前稱為先見。

那造耳朵的，自己不能聽見嗎？那造眼睛的，自己不能看見嗎？
