Then David said to his son Solomon,“ Be strong and courageous, and do the work. Don’t be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord God, my God, is with you. He won’t leave you or forsake you until all the work for the service of the Lord’s house is finished.

大衛對他的兒子所羅門說：『你要剛強壯膽去作；不要懼怕，不要驚慌；因為永恆主上帝、我的上帝、與你同在；他必不放開你，不丟棄你，直到永恆主之殿事務之工都作完了。

又諭其子所羅門曰、強乃心、壯乃志、以行是事、勿畏葸、勿恐惶、因我上帝耶和華偕爾、必不離爾、不棄爾、迨耶和華室供事之製作、告厥成功、

故告其子所羅門曰、強乃志、壯乃心、以行是事、毋畏葸、毋恐懼、我上帝耶和華祐爾、不汝遐棄、迨製耶和華殿役事之物、而竣厥工。

又告其子所羅門曰、當強爾心、壯爾志、強爾心壯爾志或作奮勇勉力以行是事、勿畏葸、勿恐懼、主我之天主必祐爾、必不離爾、不棄爾、迨製主殿役事之物、而竣其工、

David also said to Solomon his son,“ Be strong and courageous, and do the work. Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord God, my God, is with you. He will not fail you or forsake you until all the work for the service of the temple of the Lord is finished.

David also said to his son Solomon,“ Be strong and brave. Get to work. Don’t be afraid. Don’t lose hope. The Lord God is my God. He is with you. He won’t fail you. He won’t desert you until all the work for serving in the Lord’ s temple is finished.

Then David said to Solomon his son,“ Be strong and courageous and do it. Do not be afraid and do not be dismayed, for the Lord God, even my God, is with you. He will not leave you or forsake you, until all the work for the service of the house of the Lord is finished.

Then David continued,“ Be strong and courageous, and do the work. Don’t be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord God, my God, is with you. He will not fail you or forsake you. He will see to it that all the work related to the Temple of the Lord is finished correctly.

Then David said to his son Solomon,“ Be strong and courageous, and do the work. Don’t be afraid or discouraged, for the LORD God, my God, is with you. He won’t leave you or abandon you until all the work for the service of the LORD’s house is finished.

Then David said to his son Solomon,“ Be strong and courageous, and act; do not fear nor be dismayed, for the Lord God, my God, is with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you until all the work for the service of the house of the Lord is finished.

And David said to his son Solomon,“ Be strong and of good courage, and do it; do not fear nor be dismayed, for the Lord God— my God— will be with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you, until you have finished all the work for the service of the house of the Lord.

And David said to Solomon his son, Be strong and of good courage, and do it: fear not, nor be dismayed; for Jehovah God, even my God, is with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee, until all the work for the service of the house of Jehovah be finished.

And David said to Solomon his son, Be strong and of good courage, and do[ it]: fear not, nor be dismayed: for the LORD God,[ even] my God,[ will be] with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee, until thou hast finished all the work for the service of the house of the LORD.

David said to his son Solomon:“ Be strong and brave! Do it! Don’t be afraid and don’t panic! For the LORD God, my God, is with you. He will not leave you or abandon you before all the work for the service of the LORD’s temple is finished.

David said to Solomon his son,“ Be strong and courageous, and do it. Don’t be afraid, nor be dismayed; for Yahweh God, even my God, is with you. He will not fail you, nor forsake you, until all the work for the service of Yahweh’s house is finished.

Then you will succeed if you carefully follow the statutes and ordinances the Lord commanded Moses for Israel. Be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid or discouraged.

The Lord is my light and my salvation— whom should I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life— of whom should I be afraid?When evildoers came against me to devour my flesh, my foes and my enemies stumbled and fell.

Your life should be free from the love of money. Be satisfied with what you have, for He Himself has said, I will never leave you or forsake you.

Be alert, stand firm in the faith, act like a man, be strong.

Moses then summoned Joshua and said to him in the sight of all Israel,“ Be strong and courageous, for you will go with this people into the land the Lord swore to give to their fathers. You will enable them to take possession of it.The Lord is the One who will go before you. He will be with you; He will not leave you or forsake you. Do not be afraid or discouraged.”

Realize now that the Lord has chosen you to build a house for the sanctuary. Be strong, and do it.”

Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be afraid, for I am your God. I will strengthen you; I will help you; I will hold on to you with My righteous right hand.

No one will be able to stand against you as long as you live. I will be with you, just as I was with Moses. I will not leave you or forsake you.“ Be strong and courageous, for you will distribute the land I swore to their fathers to give them as an inheritance.Above all, be strong and very courageous to carefully observe the whole instruction My servant Moses commanded you. Do not turn from it to the right or the left, so that you will have success wherever you go.This book of instruction must not depart from your mouth; you are to recite it day and night so that you may carefully observe everything written in it. For then you will prosper and succeed in whatever you do.Haven’t I commanded you: be strong and courageous? Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”

What then are we to say about these things? If God is for us, who is against us?

For I, Yahweh your God, hold your right hand and say to you: Do not fear, I will help you.
