David also designated the amount of gold for the solid gold meat hooks used to handle the sacrificial meat and for the basins, pitchers, and dishes, as well as the amount of silver for every dish.

這二祭司對待百姓的規矩是這樣：凡有人獻祭，正煮肉的時候，祭司的僕人就手拿三齒的叉子來，將叉子往盆裏，或鍋裏，或釜裏，或壺裏一插，插上來的肉，祭司都拿了去。他們對所有上到示羅的以色列人都這樣做。

所羅門又為耶和華的殿造了各樣的器皿：金壇和獻供餅的金供桌；內殿前的純金燈臺，右邊五個，左邊五個，以及其上的花、燈盞、燈剪，都是金的；純金的杯、鉗子、盤子、勺子、火盆，以及聖殿的最裏面，就是至聖所的門樞和外殿的門樞，都是金的。

他的供物是：一個重一百三十舍客勒的銀盤，一個重七十舍客勒的銀碗，都是按照聖所的舍客勒，裏面盛滿了調油的細麵作素祭；一個重十舍客勒的金碟子，盛滿了香；

所羅門王一切的飲器都是金的，黎巴嫩林宮裏所有的器皿都是純金的。在所羅門的日子，銀子算不了甚麼。

純金的燈臺和燈盞，可以照定例點在內殿前；燈臺上的花和燈盞，以及燈剪，都是金的，而且是純金的；純金的鉗子、盤子、勺子、火盆。至於殿門和至聖所的門扇，以及殿的門扇，都是金的。
