於是祭司以利亞撒將被燒的人所獻過的銅香爐拿起來，人就給錘出來、去包祭壇，給以色列人做記念物，叫那不是亞倫後裔的平常人不至於走近前來、在永恆主面前燒香，免得像可拉和他一黨的人那樣子：這是照永恆主由摩西經手所告訴以利亞撒的。

永恆主對摩西說：『你要上來見永恆主，你和亞倫、拿答、亞比戶、跟以色列長老中的七十人都要上來，遠遠地敬拜。

摩西上了山，亞倫、拿答、亞比戶、跟以色列長老中的七十人也都上去。

摩西告訴亞倫和他剩下的兒子、以利亞撒和以他瑪、說：『你們獻與永恆主的火祭中所剩下的素祭、要在祭壇旁不帶酵地喫，因為這是至聖的。
