“耶和华你们的神不是与你们同在吗？不是叫你们四围都平安吗？因他已将这地的居民交在我手中，这地就在耶和华与他百姓面前制伏了。

“耶和华—你们的上帝不是与你们同在吗？他不是使你们四围都平安吗？因他已将这地的居民交在我手中，这地已在耶和华与他百姓面前制伏了。

他说：“你们的上帝耶和华与你们同在，使你们四境平安。祂将这地方的居民交在我手中，使这地方被祂和祂的子民治理。

现在你们要立定心意，寻求耶和华你们的神；你们当起来，建造耶和华神的圣所，好把耶和华的约柜和神的神圣器皿，都搬进为耶和华的名所建造的殿宇中。”

主爾之天主祐爾、賜爾四周平康、以斯地之居民付我手、而使斯地歸主與主之民、

He said to them,“ Is not the Lord your God with you? And has he not granted you rest on every side? For he has given the inhabitants of the land into my hands, and the land is subject to the Lord and to his people.

He said to them,“ The Lord your God is with you. He’s given you peace and rest on every side. He’s handed over to me the people who are living in the land. The land has been brought under the control of the Lord and his people.

“ Is not the Lord your God with you? And has he not given you peace on every side? For he has delivered the inhabitants of the land into my hand, and the land is subdued before the Lord and his people.

“ The Lord your God is with you,” he declared.“ He has given you peace with the surrounding nations. He has handed them over to me, and they are now subject to the Lord and his people.

“ The LORD your God is with you, isn’t he? And hasn’t he given you rest on every side? For he has handed the land’s inhabitants over to me, and the land has been subdued before the LORD and his people.

“ Is the Lord your God not with you? And has He not given you rest on every side? For He has handed over to me the inhabitants of the land, and the land is subdued before the Lord and before His people.

“ Is not the Lord your God with you? And has He not given you rest on every side? For He has given the inhabitants of the land into my hand, and the land is subdued before the Lord and before His people.

Is not Jehovah your God with you? and hath he not given you rest on every side? for he hath delivered the inhabitants of the land into my hand; and the land is subdued before Jehovah, and before his people.

“ The Lord your God is with you, isn’t He? And hasn’t He given you rest on every side? For He has handed the land’s inhabitants over to me, and the land has been subdued before the Lord and His people.

[ Is] not the LORD your God with you? and hath he[ not] given you rest on every side? for he hath given the inhabitants of the land into mine hand; and the land is subdued before the LORD, and before his people.

He told them,“ The LORD your God is with you! He has made you secure on every side, for he handed over to me the inhabitants of the region and the region is subdued before the LORD and his people.

“ Isn’t Yahweh your God with you? Hasn’t he given you rest on every side? For he has delivered the inhabitants of the land into my hand; and the land is subdued before Yahweh, and before his people.

大衛說：「以色列的上帝耶和華已使祂的子民安享太平，祂永遠住在耶路撒冷。

你將生一個兒子，我必使他安享太平，不受四圍的仇敵侵擾。他的名字要叫所羅門，他執政期間，我必使以色列太平安寧。

大衛住在王宮裡，耶和華使他安享太平，不受四圍的仇敵侵擾。

此後很長時間，耶和華使以色列人四境太平，沒有戰事。約書亞年事已高，

現在你們的上帝耶和華已經照祂的應許使你們的弟兄安居，你們可以回到約旦河東，到摩西賜給你們作產業的地方。

但不久你們將渡過約旦河，定居在那片土地上。耶和華將使你們四境太平，安然居住，你們要把我吩咐你們獻的燔祭、各種牲祭、十一奉獻、舉祭和一切還願祭帶到你們的上帝耶和華選定的敬拜場所。

上帝啊，我們親耳聽過祖先講述你在古時，在我們祖先時代的作為。你親手趕出外族，把我們的祖先安置在那裡；你擊潰列邦，使我們的祖先興旺發達。他們不是靠自己的刀劍征服那裡，不是靠自己的臂膀得勝，而是靠你的權能、力量和恩惠，因為你愛他們。你是我的君王，我的上帝；你讓雅各得勝。我們靠你擊退敵人，靠你的名踐踏仇敵。

大衛求問耶和華：「我可以去迎戰非利士人嗎？你會把他們交在我手裡嗎？」耶和華說：「去吧，我必把他們交在你手裡。」大衛前往巴力·毗拉心，在那裡打敗了敵人。他說：「耶和華像洪水決堤一樣為我沖垮了仇敵。」於是他稱那地方為巴力·毗拉心。

對於這些事，我們還可以說什麼呢？上帝若幫助我們，誰能與我們對抗？

約書亞能一鼓作氣殺敗諸王，征服他們的土地，都是因為有以色列的上帝耶和華為以色列人爭戰。

請饒恕婢女的罪過，耶和華必使你的子孫世代做王，因為你是在為耶和華而戰，願你一生沒有過錯。

當時，猶太、加利利、撒瑪利亞各地的教會都很平安，得到了堅固。信徒們非常敬畏主，又得到聖靈的安慰，人數越來越多。

耶和華的天使向基甸顯現，說：「英勇的戰士啊，耶和華與你同在。」基甸說：「我主啊，如果耶和華與我們同在，我們怎會有這些遭遇？我們的祖先曾告訴我們有關耶和華帶領他們離開埃及的事，如今祂那些奇妙的作為在哪裡呢？現在祂已經丟棄我們，把我們交在米甸人手裡。」耶和華轉向他，說：「你盡自己的力量去從米甸人手中拯救以色列人吧，我現在派你去。」

因為你們的上帝耶和華要與你們同去，為你們爭戰，使你們得勝。』
