因为耶和华赏赐智慧，知识和聪明都由他口而出。他为正直人珍藏健全的知识，给行为纯正的人作盾牌，

上帝啊，求你将你的公平赐给王，将你的公义赐给王的儿子。

因为我必赐你们口才和智慧，是你们一切敌人所敌不住、驳不倒的。

你们要谨守遵行；这就是你们在万民眼前的智慧和聪明。他们听见这一切律例，必说：‘这大国的人真是有智慧，有聪明！’
