海水看見了就逃跑，約旦河也倒流。群山跳躍如公羊，岡陵跳躍如羊羔。海水啊，你為什麼逃跑呢？約旦河啊，你為什麼倒流呢？群山哪，你為什麼跳躍如公羊呢？岡陵啊，你為什麼跳躍如羊羔呢？大地啊，在主的面前，在雅各的神面前，你當震撼！神使磐石變成水池，使堅石變成水泉。

他為我們獻上自己，是為了救贖我們脫離一切罪惡，並且潔淨我們做他自己特選的子民，做美好工作的熱心人。

為我名的緣故，我忍住怒氣；為了我當受的讚美，我向你忍怒，不把你剪除。

他在他們的一切患難中也受患難，並且他面前的使者拯救了他們。他以自己的愛和憐恤救贖了他們，在古時所有的日子裡舉起他們、背負他們。

那讓自己榮耀的膀臂在摩西右邊作工，在他們面前把水分開，為自己成就永遠之名的，在哪裡呢？

願耶和華所贖回的民這樣感謝；這民就是他從敵人手中贖回來，

你行了可畏之事，是我們沒有預料的；那時你就降臨，群山在你面前震動。

他沒有這樣對待過任何國民；至於他的法規，他們都不知道。哈利路亞！
