看哪！神是我的拯救；我要倚靠他，並不懼怕，因為耶和華神是我的力量，我的詩歌，他也成了我的拯救。”所以你們要快樂地從救恩的泉源打水。到那日，你們必說：“要稱謝耶和華，呼求他的名；在萬民中傳揚他的作為，使他們謹記他那至高的名。你們要唱歌讚美耶和華，因為他作了極美的事；願這事傳遍全地。錫安的居民哪，當喊叫歡呼！因為以色列的聖者在你們中間是偉大的。”

尼布甲尼撒王向住在全地的各國、各族和說各種語言的人宣告說：“願你們大享平安！我樂意把至高的神向我所行的神蹟奇事宣揚出來。他的神蹟多麼偉大，他的奇事多麼有力；他的國是永遠的國，他的統治直到萬代！（本章第1~3節在《馬索拉文本》為3:31~33）

地的四極，都要記念耶和華，並且歸向他。列國的萬族，都要在他（“他”有古抄本作“你”）面前敬拜。

現在，耶和華我們的神啊，求你從他的手中把我們拯救出來，地上萬國就可以知道只有你耶和華才是神。”
